We were on a tight deadline and they worked with us. Jeff was straightforward which I really liked and his work was great. For this project, Jeff built supports for a bar countertop we were having installed. I usually need welding and iron work done to support large commercial washers and dryers but that work was already done by our previous contractor (whom I'll never use again). I'm building more stores in the future and considering these guys for ALL our welding needs in the future. They were also fair and reasonably priced. If you need some iron work done...Jeff's your guy!!

I finally reached out after they were an hour late and was told they were still on the previous job site and hadn't contacted me b/c that would be unprofessional, though clearly not so unprofessional that it kept them from replying when I reached out. Owner takes no responsibility, wants to make it very clear that things were outside of his control, which happens in contracting, but nothing prevents you from making a phone call. Offered to take 5% off Perhaps they do good work, perhaps they are polite. I'm not qualified to answer b/c they never showed up and if I hadn't reached out to them I would still be waiting

I reached out to Saint Construction for an estimate on a built-in project for an office and mud…read moreroom. Karla quickly reached out to collect information for the estimate. I got her the information initially, and then a day after they finalized the initial estimate came back with 1 tweak, which they were more than happy to adjust their estimate to accommodate. Not once did I feel like the process was a burden. Saint's estimate was very competitive; however, we received a similar estimate from a contractor we had used previously for a lot of work and were familiar with their work product. Because of my positive experience with Saint for this estimate, I'll be saving them to reach out to for future projects. This was one of the most professional estimate process I've been through for a contractor project. I would recommend Saint Construction based on the extremely professional estimate process. I was really impressed.

They were prompt to respond to my request for quote, detailed in their quote and responsive to all of my questions. When the work began, I noticed right away that they were very detail oriented, and hard working. And they conscientiously cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a family emergency mid-way through construction and they were so patient as we had to do some collaboration virtually and get creative with access to the property. The onsite team gave me very good advice on several things to adjust, small changes to the plan that overall really made a difference -- these weren't "upselling" which sometimes occurs, but just them giving advice based on their experience. I am so happy with the results!

Like the other reviewers here, we can't say enough great things about the outstanding painting and…read moreremodeling services we received from X-Clusive Construction. From the outset of our initial contact, we could tell that this was a truly dedicated and highly professional company. Led by Andres, the entire experience was exceptional. From the quotes developed to outline what services we'd be receiving, to the work being performed, leading up to a final walk through, we were not only guided expertly, but saw the results greatly exceed our expectations. We were especially grateful for the assistance in considering colors for each room, and the recommendations on where we needed to make some repairs that were not immediately obvious to us, as we had just moved into the house. One seldom spends much time focusing on their ceilings, but when pointed out cracks and other imperfections, it underscores the extreme value in having someone experienced guiding you in this process. To say that the whole team were perfectionists is not an understatement, because the attention to detail, from the planning leading up to the job, to covering and protecting surfaces and furniture, to the execution of the work, all care was taken to produce the amazing results we now have. In addition to the painting of our entire home, X-Clusive remodeled an entertainment room, removing carpeting, installing new flooring, repairing walls and ceiling and making it a wonderful space that before had bordered on a storage room. To say that Andres and his team went above and beyond is not an understatement. We had some minor things that needed to be addressed as work was progressing (e.g. replacing a light switch with a dimmer switch) and some hauling of unwanted furniture. Without hesitation these requests were met with a smile and a can-do response. I wish that I had before pictures for you to compare the beautiful work that they did, but sadly we didn't think of that. But rest assured, the focus on the highest quality outcome, coupled with incredibly attentive customer service, makes X-Clusive Construction the only choice for us to do work in our home again!

From our very first consultation, Charles was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and even made suggestions that elevated the final outcome beyond the practicality of what we had imagined. When it came to the fence, Charles again went above and beyond. He worked with the unique layout of our backyard, and the final product is sturdy and secure enough to handle our pitty who tries to climb it often. It's clear that he takes great pride in his craftsmanship, and it shows in every detail--from the precision of the woodwork to especially the quality of the materials used. There were some delays due to weather and my own scheduling issues , but Charles was always transparent about timelines and commitment to finish the work, and any minor adjustments were handled promptly and professionally. If you're looking for top-notch construction work with a personal, trustworthy touch, I highly recommend Charles and Clyde Construction Co.
