I went to Bradley Motors for a normal brake job and had the worst experience of my life. I first met up with the manager by the name of Terry which was always drinking beer why I was there. Half the time he was innebrated and was questionable to serving me as a customer. I wanted to have a four wheel brake job done by they're only mechanic by the name of Ray Cibula. To make a long story short, Ray worked on my van three times, which it took him three times to get the brakes done wright. The first time I caught Ray Cibula using used brake parts that were on my van the first time I took it in. Then the second time bringing back the van the brakes squealed and calipers rubbed up against rotors. Than the third time bringing the van back for same brake job the mechanic Ray Cibula damaged the brake lines causing to loose brake fluid. By the way Ray Cibula is not ASE Certified which all mechanics are by today's standard. Ray told me he was not smart enough to get certified which tells me a Ray does not qualify to than be working on people's cars because he does not me meet qualifications that all auto mechanics to be ASE certified to even work on a car today. Like as one review here you ready, it states that Bradley Motors is like a old world Auto shop which is true, but do you want an old world Auto shop working on your second largest costliest investment of your life time working on your car by a mechanic Ray which does not meet the minimal ASE standards messing up your car. Find out for you self and verify this before Ray the non-qualify mechanic not ASE Certified turns around and makes your experience unpleasant with the manager guzzling beer Terry which you can smell on his breath gives your car a work over. read more
