Some recent issues like outsourcing all calls to a call center not on site resulting in 4-5 calls to schedule a run of the mill office visit all the way to the most recent visit of the doctor telling me he'll refill the same medication he himself had prescribed and refilled last month but then finding out the pharmacy didn't receive it. Sounds like a simple case of making a mistake but when I called in to ask about it the doctor said he never prescribes that medication and to go somewhere else? The absolute bare minimum there should have been some communication but that's being too lenient because this was the most neglectful way of handling a case. There should be no shame in just telling the patient you don't have the ability to treat them or whatever the reason. I've sent the managing partner an email to share my experience and hopefully find a reason for what's changed because my last few experiences have me finding another clinic.
