Our experience with Dr. Morales was mixed…read more Pre-surgery, everything felt professional: modern equipment, clear explanations, and smooth scheduling. Once post-op visits began, however, the tone changed. Follow-up appointments were brief, lacked empathy, and Morales appeared uninterested in answering questions. My wife raised a concern she had been assured would resolve within a few months. At her final visit, the doctor called the result "acceptable," but offered a no-charge revision, saying he could take fat from her stomach to correct the issue because, in his words, she "hated it so much she was crying." We decided to proceed, completed all scheduling steps, and even attended the pre-op appointment. Shortly afterward, he canceled by e-mail and refused to perform the revision, despite our detailed reply and supporting photos. Just days later, he posted an Instagram video performing the same corrective procedure on another patient. I'm not saying you should avoid this practice altogether, but please approach with caution, ask every question you have, and be prepared to advocate for thorough post-operative care.

It was answered by a friendly voice and sounded like a professional actress' voice. I immediately imagined the smile on her face eventhough I can't see her. I specifically checked this office accepts my insurance. I know most doctor's office ask clarifying questions because it has a co-name as branded differently. I can hear her demeanor changed to Wicked Witch of the West. Oh FLICK Y0U too.

When I arrived, I was greeted by his assistant, Rufina McDaniel. Rufina is very professional, pleasant, and easy to talk to. Being a retired city employee, sometimes city insurance can be like a minefield to navigate. She assured me that everything would be fine, and she would make sure everything would be approved, before putting me on the surgery schedule. Rufina handled everything like a champ. I met with Dr. Norris. He was very professional, and knowledgeable about the facial surgery I need to have done. After looking over all of scans, and X- rays, he explained in detail the procedure, and what needed to be done. I was really nervous about the procedure, but his knowledge and confidence, calmed my fears. The surgery, and recovery time, went better than I ever expected. Being referred to Dr. Norris was truly a blessing, and I can't thank him enough. If I ever need any more surgery, Dr. Norris will be who I call. I would recommend him, in a New York Minute, to anyone needing his expertise. Dr. Norris is the Best.

I would recommend Dr. Chattha 10x over!!! About 7 weeks ago, I had a neck/chin lift & a…read moreeyebrow/cateye lift with him while undergoing other body procedures. I told him I did NOT want to look over exaggerated, and wanted to remain fairly natural. Not one person has recognized what I did since the surgery!!! They just "see" something is different & that is EXACTLY what I wanted. The eyebrow/cateye lift has made me look totally more awake. I was going in thinking I needed an upper bleph, but he was completely honest about how that would solve a smaller issue to a bigger problem. Doing the whole lift has taken care of the sagging skin above my eye, & I'm really glad I didn't go down the bleph route!!! After completing liposuction under my chin last year, I realized I had some loose skin that was preventing my jawline from looking sharp. Him and I discussed the neck lift - which he then also debunked whatever leftover fat was in there. It's insane how I could look as far down to my toes, and my jawline remains as sharp as Ariana Grande's. Pain for both has been in the lower 3/4's out of 10 (i have a HORRIBLE pain tolerance & I was fine). You'll have a weird banded headache around your head for the first week and a half. And you'll have a good amount of tightness in your neck for about six weeks. But sitting at seven weeks right now, I feel like myself again. The recovery was super quick, just as he said it would be! I got my hair done yesterday in an updo, and I've been doing full beats of makeup, & I have no pain or discomfort. He was constantly checking in on me, when I had issues with a medical rash from an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, he was on it IMMEDIATELY. He handled the "crisis" calmly and professionally, and I trusted him every step of the way. He the checked on me every few days until the rash was gone completely. That made me feel comfortable to know the issue was being handled - coming from a highly anxious girl. Dr. Chattha was the best surgeon I could ever ask for & I will NEVER go anywhere else again. Like... I will be back in 15 years for my second facelift. I cannot recommend him enough, if you're looking to get some work done by him - RUN to get a consultation. It'll be life changing!

The virtual consultation process was thorough, informative but the in person consult and meeting him in person is what really made me feel 1000% confident in my decision. What truly sets Dr. Hsu apart is his presence. Anytime I felt nervous or anxious, the moment he walked into the room, I felt instantly at ease. That kind of reassurance is priceless especially on surgery day. He has a calm, confident energy that makes you trust you're in the best hands and you truly are. I had an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with fat grafting to the upper pole, BBL, Lipo 360, J Plasma, and arm lipo. My results are beyond anything I could have imagined. I do not have a single complaint or anything I would change about my results, they're incredible. My results honestly look even better than what I saw on social media that made me pick him in the first place, and I already thought those were amazing. One of the most shocking parts of my experience was how minimal my bruising was and how I had nearly no pain the entire time. I truly believe this comes down to Dr. Hsu's technique, I am convinced he has magical hands! Dr. Hsu isn't just a surgeon he is an artist, you can tell he has a vision that aligns with your wants and he absolutely makes that vision come true! I had her remove the fat from under my chin on my neck, but she didn't do it right. They do very little for pain and that was one of the most painful experiences I've ever gone through. The medication they gave me, did nothing for pain. They could tell by the expression on my face, that I was in extreme but did not address the problem. They just kept working as I gripped the chair **hard**. In the end, I was left with a lopsided neck. We asked her about it, and she tried to do it again, but it didn't work. It remains lopsided. I also noticed a large red mark left on the front of my neck. Dr. Rodman said they had no idea what it was which made me question how much they really knew about doing this type of procedure. However, what never went away were all the bumps left near the bottom of my ears. I asked her if those would go away, she claimed they would. Nope, they sure don't! It's now harder to get my earrings in my pierced ears. After my husband had work done, she gave him a special skin cream to help smooth the skin. She never offered me the same and we're not sure why. My husband let me have the rest of his cream. They also said the loss of feeling could be a "possible side effect". It's not 'possible", it's very likely so prepared for that to happen. Like others mention, I too, noticed the staff wasn't that friendly. Especially after they sent me a email asking to rate them. At the point, I hadn't had the work done so I gave them a favorable rating. Once they got the rating they wanted, they were merely as polite as much as they felt they had to be, but not really friendly. Next time I get a doctor to rate, I'll wait until everything has been done, then respond. I wanted her to do other work besides my neck area but after what happened to my neck, I decided her office wasn't the place to do more work. I feel like those folks on that show "Botched" and wish there were doctors like them to fix what I was left with.
