My review is about Vanessa She's extremely money hungry and doesn't do what you paid her to do…read more She's unprofessional and racist towards anyone that doesn't speak spanish with her or is of a different race, the whole front office acts like it's a club and one of the "check in girls" seemed drunk or high. This was my first experience with an injector and I was taken back how fake she is in person compared to her social media. However this was a blessing in disguise because I found my new injector and she did such a wonderful job on me and we were able to talk about my previous horrible experience and I would really suggest looking elsewhere then doing any procedure with her. After all was "healed" I realized the only thing she did was take my money and be extremely rough with my face. Im reporting her as well I encourage others don't be scared and also REPORT REPORT REPORT!!! Otherwise they will keep on doing this!

I have the monthly membership of Skin Gym and every time I come Kristie will adjust my facial based off my skin needs that month for ex; if I need more hydration, more exfoliation or more extractions etc. She will always address and skin concerns you have prior to working on your skin so she can focus on that. I always look forward to seeing her every month to get my monthly glow! Also love how they are partnered with Alle so you can get points as well per your visit.

I've had skin issues for years, am also very fair skinned, and have moved around quite a bit, so…read moreI've gone to more than my fair share of dermatologists at this point. Amanda stands out as someone who genuinely cares, and she is also very thorough. I would recommend this place to anyone with dermatology needs. It's also a convenient location, which is an added plus. In the heights and easy enough to pop into from downtown for a midday appointment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. My young child needed a minor procedure, and…read morethe entire visit felt unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled from start to finish. One thing that immediately caught me off guard was that there was a dog in the exam room area that repeatedly barked at my child. At no point were we asked if we were comfortable having a dog present during the appointment. When my child became upset, the nurse asked in a judgmental tone, "Is he scared of dogs?" rather than acknowledging that many toddlers would naturally feel uncomfortable being barked at in a medical setting. The bedside manner from both the nurse and provider lacked the patience, warmth, and sensitivity I would expect when treating a young child. The procedure itself ended up being emotionally distressing for both my child and me, and I left feeling uncomfortable with how the situation was managed. I understand that medical procedures can be difficult, especially with toddlers, but compassion and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

Who wrote that review, your brother??…read more This "business" is the epitome of the expression 'fake it till you make it' and honey, you stiiiill faking it. The massages are done in one of her bedrooms with closet clothing everywhere, it's her house. When you walk in the house, the living room, dining room, etc... is blocked off of by a long bed sheet hanging from a lanyard or something. "Please keep your underwear on, this is a professional business." - x 15 My god, she wouldn't stop saying that every 2 minutes. Sweety, not every massage spa asks you to take your underwear off, it's actually more rare than you think, so chill with your professionalism. The massage was nothing out of this world. I was pretty much caressed the whole 45 minutes. No deep tissue No Swedish Just caressing. Oh, the music? Her cell phone playing a free pandora app with ads every 2 songs... Jesus Christ it's only $6.99 a month ad free. And here is the icing on the cake. The price for this "private, unique upscale massage spa" was $97.00!!! Wooow!! That made my stomach sick. Needless to say I won't be going back PS - Professional Athletes come here?!?! Hah!! Don't make me laugh!!
