It's very close to my house so I know it has been around for quite some time. There are many sizes to choose from and many different colors. They build them on your lot. The sizes and prices are clearly marked on each building. We haven't purchased anything from here so I can't tell you about quality. I gave a 5 star rating due to the choices and the openness of pricing. If you are in need of a small barn or gazebo you might want to come and look at these.

I'm so glad it's building sheds! I was expecting something like Shawn P. described on 7/11/2020 but my experience was the total opposite. I did have to wait a while. My construction date was 11/23/2020 and I figured the holiday, covid, the weather or some combination was going to get in the way. I called to confirm the week before and it turned out that the weather cooperated. Austin was the best! He called early Monday morning to double check his supplies matched my order and he never stopped working until it was done! Professional, friendly, clean, courteous and FAST. He did in 7 hours of work what it would have taken me 7 weeks to do myself. He was able to center my door (not to spec) and did a great job with the ramp that had to be positioned to handle a pretty steep slant in the yard. Gave me some good instructions on what needed to be caulked and cleaned up everything when he left. I'm very satisfied with the results.

ATTENTION EVERYONE I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT CONTRACTOR…read more I got the number for Jason with Fishers Remodeling from my homeowner's association because they apparently do a lot of work in my neighborhood. The first project I needed done was some siding repair and a rebuild of a little gate out front, as well as repair of some rotted wood on my front steps. I obtained quotes from 5 different companies (well, tried to - two of the companies came, wrote down my information, and never sent an email or called). Jason responded with a very reasonable, professional, written quote within 48 hours (might have even been 24, it was a while ago, I can't remember now). He responded to every text message I sent immediately, showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would, and the work was performed quickly and perfectly. Obviously I called him again for the next thing I needed done (overhead racks in the garage). Again, responded to every message and phone call, showed up when he said he would, did the work quickly and perfectly. Oh, and they are all super professional and nice and trustworthy and I literally took a nap in my room while they were working in the house, so there's that too. Not to sound overly effusive, but I am on project six with Fishers Remodeling and they have literally been flawless. Like, every other contractor is pretty much ruined for me. The one tragic part of this is now they are going to get super popular and start remodeling three million dollar mansions and I will never get them to assemble a Murphy bed for me again and then I'll have to start all over. But that's a problem for Future Me. Right Now Me is just enjoying the fact that YES I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT CONTRACTOR. I want them to do really great and stay around forever, so definitely call them for ALL THE PROJECTS. Just know that I will weep a tiny bit when they no longer have time for my non-3-million dollar undertakings. Happy remodeling!

He was professional, gave me options, and accommodated a change I wanted before the project started. I was impressed with him! Unfortunately, that's where things went down hill. Alec was responsive via text, but he sent two guys to my house that did not speak English, making it impossible to communicate, parked on the edge of my lawn, tearing it up, did a shoddy job installing the pillars, and did not respect my property. They didn't use ladders or their own things to prop up my roof while they replaced the columns. Instead, they used cinder blocks they found somewhere to stand on and used some old warped boards that I stack firewood on to prop up my roof instead! The wood was not meant for that! We're lucky they did not collapse. Worse, they cut one of them without my permission, and I still don't know where one of the 2x4s is. As for the work itself, the columns they put up were not straight, one was not plumb at all, and there was no consideration for which direction the knots in the wood faced. I know the work was not finished, but they would have left them that way had I not said anything to Alec. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because Alec sent someone to fix the problems the next day before they trimmed them. I'm happy that many of the mistakes were corrected, and I have something solid in place that I can work with later, but I am disappointed with the overall quality and the lack of professionalism shown to my property. I could have done this level of work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. Edit: Alec reached out and offered me a partial refund. I accepted, but he didn't send it. Haven't heard from him since.

I pondered over this…read morefor quite a while not wanting to do so before feeling that not giving our experience would be a disservice to others. We had the unfortunate experience of retaining NorthIndy for a railing project. Initially, I stopped by their store early afternoon to look at some of the product. No one was in, and I waited around the open store for probably 10-15 minutes when someone drove up. He said he was the owner. Very nice initial meeting then the wheels fell off. A lack of communication, many missed installment appts for a 2-man crew who showed up knowing this was second floor and didn't have a ladder. Fortunately, I the homeowner did have one that worked. The installers said they couldn't install part of the railing, so the GC had to install them. We were told there was a mix-up on the order and the wrong railing was ordered. I imagine communication with the GC and NorthIndy was part of the problem. The GC stepped up and installed part of the railing as the NorthIndy crew said they couldn't. Finally, I gave up and just wanted them done and gone. Both the GC and I had to call many, many times to get a call back and answer. I took off work waiting for them on at least 3 occasions only to have to call them and ask where are you? There are plenty of other sources for Westbury products and I'd look for anyone but NorthIndy. I expect a less than responsive reply, without taking any responsibility for their seriously lacking customer service.
