I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

I've always wanted a '97 Firebird and I wasn't expecting to actually be able to get one, ever. But thanks to AW & E, I finally did, and I am so grateful! :D They also had a big selection of other vehicles that were great looking. The salespeople were very nice but also professional, the shop is run by two brothers, and they were willing to negotiate on the asking price and work with us. They also did all of the paperwork, and helped us get the tag for it as well. It was no hassle at all. They also told me about all of the fees up front, no hidden costs or anything shady like that, as you see at some places. I'm so glad that I chose to come here! As for the car itself... It's beautiful and everything that I've always dreamt of! ;w; I never expected to find one that still runs, let alone one that I could actually afford. It's in great shape, looks absolutely beautiful, and runs like a dream! No dents or rust, and the paint job is super shiny! Everything on it works correctly, which is so rare. It's in great shape, I could just rave about it forever really... The car only had one minor problem, which they told me about up front before I purchased it (again very honest), and it will be cheap and easy to fix. They let me know about it beforehand, which I appreciate. I had my mechanic look at it after and he said there's nothing else wrong with it at all. It looks like a lot of things have been replaced and even upgraded. Even the tires on it are brand new and the rims are nice! This is definitely the best car that I've ever owned, by far! Attached is a pic of it in my yard. ^_^ Thank you so much!
