I recently was shopping my insurance since my current rates with State Farm had gone up. I called…read moreseveral companies and Bailey Insurance Agency was the first to return my phone call with quotes on my house, cars and my boat. All of the prices beat State Farms rates and so I made an appointment to go speak to them. When I first got there the CSR, Kelli, greeted me and was very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute before I saw the agent, Nicole Andrews. From here my experience got better. She explained everything to me and pointed out some things that I didn't even know I didn't have on my State Farm poilicies. She was very easy to talk to. While I was there the owner came in and introduced herself to me and thanked me for coming in. I was so surprised at how easy the transition was to move all of my policies. They took care of all of the paperwork and even sent over cancellation letters to my State Farm agent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local agent who takes the personal time with you like you are there only customer! All I can say is that Nationwide is on my side for sure! Greg Cunill

We were exhausted and frazzled because we had bought the house sight-unseen from out of state and were nervous about it. Guarantee Title couldn't help ease our worries about such a bold (or stupid) decision, but our closing agent, Lauren Brandon, was a pro and whirled us right through all the paperwork. Ms. Brandon was patient and took the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms, which was vital because we were half delirious after moving ourselves across 4 states. She put us completely at ease. Indeed, I wish every person we ever did business with was just like her. She was pleasant, professional, and sharp as a tack. In a word, she was awesome. Thank you Guarantee Title, and especially thank you to Lauren Brandon for making our closing a breeze. We will never do a closing with anyone else.

After an electrical event damaged my grinder pump and the pump breaker box, raw sewage began spilling into my yard, creating a serious health hazard. My family couldn't safely stay in our home, and I had to pay to stay in an Airbnb while waiting for my claim to be handled. Instead of promptly helping during an emergency, I felt like I was met with delays, repeated requests for more documentation, and resistance to covering the damage. After 14 years of paying my premiums on time, I expected my insurance company to stand behind me when I needed them most. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind during unexpected disasters. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how my claim was handled, I cannot recommend Farmers Insurance. I hope they improve the way they treat long-time customers facing urgent situations.
