All of the prices beat State Farms rates and so I made an appointment to go speak to them. When I first got there the CSR, Kelli, greeted me and was very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute before I saw the agent, Nicole Andrews. From here my experience got better. She explained everything to me and pointed out some things that I didn't even know I didn't have on my State Farm poilicies. She was very easy to talk to. While I was there the owner came in and introduced herself to me and thanked me for coming in. I was so surprised at how easy the transition was to move all of my policies. They took care of all of the paperwork and even sent over cancellation letters to my State Farm agent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local agent who takes the personal time with you like you are there only customer! A month into buying my house, my grinder pump died and cost 2800 but my home warranty plan only covered 400. Thank God they advices me to get State Farm's protection plan because they covered the entire amount with a 500 deductible. So instead of being out of pocket 2400 with for a new pump I only paid 500.
