I called SPECIFICALLY for flood…read moreinsurance, moved my whole homeowners policy to their associate agency they recommended, and found out later that they insured me against everything EXCEPT flooding When I called, Dismukes said it is impossible to write a flood policy without my hiring a private surveyor for the property first and snidely offered me FEMA's phone number and told me to ask THEM about it. (The next agency I called, insured me by phone, same day.) Also, Morris Agency had no problem immediately taking payment in full for the annual premium. Lies. Lies and deceit!
