As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were nervous about the entire process. We've taken 2 homeowners courses and although that was super helpful, nothing beats the experience we had with Haley. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. We had an extensive consultation call where she broke down the entire loan process and put our minds at ease. She communicated with us clearly and quickly every step of the way, ensuring that we were always well informed and comfortable with our decisions. She also connected us with an amazing realtor team that made our home-buying experience even more enjoyable! She truly made all of this happen for us and we couldn't have done it without her.

He indicated that she is your best option as an agent in this area. Having successfully negotiated a purchase of a home on DI, we could not be happier with our Purchase. Nichole was invaluable throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism, made this one of the easiest home purchases we have ever completed. Nichole, showed us a perfect smattering of homes/condos for us to view, providing us with the perfect understanding of not only where we wanted to purchase, but what we could expect in our purchase price. As such, Nichole went to our new house and live streamed a showing for us. We purchased the home site unseen, a fact that Nichole was admittedly nervous about, but we were not, we trusted her opinion, and based on all her prior due diligence, we knew this was the house for us. In fact, we got everything we wanted and we believe at a good value. Throughout the process Nichole answered all our questions and has remained available and willing to assist even after closing. Simply put, you cannot go wrong with Nichole Patrick. Thanks, Nichole!!!

Out of the 10…read morerealtors we've worked with, Cindy was by-far the easiest and most professional realtor we've used. Cindy was the Seller's agent when we purchased our first home in Alabama. Our own realtor was out of town when we wanted to see a property listed by Cindy. Instead of waiting until our realtor returned a week later (our realtor never offered to have her showing assistant meet us) we called Cindy and told her we were already working with someone, but she still met us at the property immediately. We submitted an offer the same day. I am still quite disappointed that my realtor was so aloof yet still was entitled to full commission. At that time, we decided we'd use Cindy when the time came to sell. And we did. Buying and selling real estate can be such a complicated and stressful process. We've learned some hard lessons about the "business" along the way. With Cindy, we had no worries. She was honest, ethical and she knows her stuff! Cindy listens to her clients and genuinely understands what they're looking for. She was able to identify a buyer for our home before it ever hit the MLS. She knew our home was a perfect match for one of her clients and we had a contract after one showing. Unlike other agents in the area, she doesn't determine a client's value by whether or not they're prequalified or by the listing price of their home. Having the right real estate agent makes all the difference! You won't go wrong with Cindy Zebryk.
