Also the ac they replaced 2 months before I moved out. Couldn't forget the washer that was "fixed" then replaced finally, 4 months before moving out. I forgot about the month the house was unlivable because of water/plumbing issues on top of the ac being out in mid September. Couldn't forget enjoying mid September weather with no ac.
