I would not only recommend Heartland Buys; if I had the need, I would work with them again myself. After my Mom went home to be with Jesus, I wanted to keep her home in the family. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had no choice but to sell. While sorting through my Mom's mail, I came across a few Heartland Buys flyers and immediately tossed them--mentally adding them to the group of potential "scammers" or thinking they would rip me off in some way--resulting in me losing my Mom's home altogether. After months, I once again was sorting through some of my Mom's things and came across another Heartland Buys flyer that had somehow been saved. After reading it, I prayed and then reached out to them. I initially met Josh, who was very kind and went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the contract. I did encounter some "bumps" after this, through no fault of Josh's. It was more of a miscommunication and a few other things. After my contract date ended without my Mom's home selling, I was not happy about a few things, which I shared with Rhen. Immediately, Rhen took full accountability and apologized for the miscommunication. Rhen did so without getting an attitude or being rude. Rather, he was unbelievably kind and respectful. This really struck me! There are many in business who profess to be Christians and act kind when it profits them, but it's in these moments where you see the character of an individual. I moved on to sell my Mom's home through a different outlet that did not work out, and I felt I should go back to Heartland Buys. After much prayer and having 100 percent peace about Rhen and the company, I reached out to sign another contract. This time, communication was great, and everyone was on the same page. I have now sold my Mom's home--thank you, JESUS! Colby did a great job keeping the lines of communication open with me and worked very hard in assisting with the sale of my Mom's home. Kaira was absolutely fantastic!! She stayed on top of communication not only with me but with the title company, buyers, etc. She had a wonderful attitude every time I communicated with her. I highly recommend Heartland Buys to anyone. We needed to sale my parents home left to us. The house needed repairs and updating to which we couldn't afford with our own homes. Jon-Paul Morgan with Heartland Buys came out made an offer we couldn't turn down. He sat down explained everything to us and they could help and work with us on moving the contents of the house.
