We worked with Rachel Keesee and I can't say enough positive things about her. She treated our transaction just as she would have if it were a million dollar sale. She was prompt, kind, and always way ahead of things. We purchased from out of state and couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. Thank you Rachel, for being so amazing.

my boyfriend & I inquired about a house she was selling. we asked many questions about it including…read moredoes it have/did it have termites? & does it have any termite damage at all? she said no, no termites or past termites or termite damage. we took her word and put a offer in which was accepted, we had lost so many houses by waiting to see them that we put the offer in. we planned on seeing the property before we bought it and we did, the house had extensive termite damage, like the whole house was destroyed and needs to be torn down. we knew it was a fixer upper but termites were a whole other ball game, especially when they had eaten everything, even part of the floor was missing because they started eating the wood floors. if she's you're personal realtor she might be better but if she's not and you're buying a house off of her, make sure you do all inspections and don't trust what she says, if you can avoid buying a house off of her at all, you should.

Between my fiancé and I, we have purchased or sold several houses in 4 states. Out of the 10…read morerealtors we've worked with, Cindy was by-far the easiest and most professional realtor we've used. Cindy was the Seller's agent when we purchased our first home in Alabama. Our own realtor was out of town when we wanted to see a property listed by Cindy. Instead of waiting until our realtor returned a week later (our realtor never offered to have her showing assistant meet us) we called Cindy and told her we were already working with someone, but she still met us at the property immediately. We submitted an offer the same day. I am still quite disappointed that my realtor was so aloof yet still was entitled to full commission. At that time, we decided we'd use Cindy when the time came to sell. And we did. Buying and selling real estate can be such a complicated and stressful process. We've learned some hard lessons about the "business" along the way. With Cindy, we had no worries. She was honest, ethical and she knows her stuff! Cindy listens to her clients and genuinely understands what they're looking for. She was able to identify a buyer for our home before it ever hit the MLS. She knew our home was a perfect match for one of her clients and we had a contract after one showing. Unlike other agents in the area, she doesn't determine a client's value by whether or not they're prequalified or by the listing price of their home. Having the right real estate agent makes all the difference! You won't go wrong with Cindy Zebryk.
