After 40 years of loyalty to statefarm, I decided to get quotes from other insurance companies, I finally settled on progressive, they saved me $100 a month on my three vehicles, I canceled my policy before the billing cycle to avoid paying the next bill, come to find out two of my vehicles were canceled, but for some reason, they left my Acura on past the billing cycle date, they charged my bank the premium for the Acura then canceled my policy afterwards, they refunded me $18 instead of the full amount of $138 without explanation. I'd give this office zero stars if that were an option. After having State Farm for 15 years with two other amazing offices, I moved back to Mobile and transferred my policy to this office... which ended up being a huge mistake. From mixing up policies to errors in billing to repeated attempts to auto draft from a card that I unauthorized, they just don't seem to be able to get their act together. I also know other people with insurance policies there and they have also had trouble. Needless to say, after giving them too many chances, I switched to another SF office. read more
