In addition, ​I knew Dr. ​Alex as a triathlete and felt his level of fitness and CARE for health and wellness was in line with my own and a notch above all others I had met. Also it makes all the difference that everyone in this office is efficient, conscious of your time and so upbeat and positive. My teeth chip easily and have many times, and each time Arlene and Glenn make room for me quickly and tackle the job with professionalism and perfection. Everything seemed fine, until they told me they wanted to replace every tooth in my mouth. Surprised because I had been going to more than 1 dentist every 6 months, for years. At almost 70 years old, I wasn't looking for a Hollywood smile nor could I afford it. I continued to see a soon to be retired dentist that had been practicing in Athens for 40 years. I found out a couple months ago; my dentist sold his practice. Anxious to get a crown placed on my now year-old dental implant, I called Dr. Alex's office on 06/10/2026 and was told the doctor would look at it in the morning, and they would call me back. No return call. I just called back today, 06/15/26, and spoke to Dr. Alex's wife. She explained he was either out of the office last Thursday or didn't have time, and he doesn't work on Friday. She stated he wasn't comfortable with placing my crown on my now signed off implant. Also said Dr. Brett Gray, {Oral Surgery associates}. Dr. Gray holds 3 medical degrees and has been my doctor for over 20 years. Board certified Oral Surgeon. Maxo facial degree, and a medical degree. Emory University trained. Dr. Alex's wife stated he isn't educated in crowns. I argued. " I had 2 follow up visits to evaluate my implant at my oral surgeon. Received the green light for completion. Evidently Dr. Alex's wife knows better. By the way I was told that Dr. Alex hadn't even looked at my situation and was told to go to my current dentist that sold his practice, and is in his 70's, to place the crown. Basically, refused to see me. Very disappointed.

Afterwards, with a little laugh, she said that she definitely would have referred him to an oral surgeon if she'd realized how long the roots were. Though he'd never had any inkling of dental anxiety before, this experience created a near-phobia. We deeply regret not going to his pediatric dentist for the procedure, and have switched our entire family to another practice.

I got held up in heavy traffic I called them and imformed them that I was running late and the staff told me that it was fine. Too tell you the true I was hopping for them to tell me to re schedule because my mind was in the hospital with my husbad , and I was without sleeping for three days. When I got there I called them again to check if it was fine to be late 20 minutes because I was lost in the parking lot. It was very complicated to find the building but one of their staff came out to the parking lot to help me to get to their building, I was 20 minutes late but she didn't complain and she gave me some form to fill out. I stared to fill out the treatment forms without problems, there was two receptionist and they asked me if I speak English I didn't answer and keep filling out the forms and I heard the two littler receptionist saying, that the other client was arrived late. They were saying . and that lady that came late is there and they were laughing and saying that I needed to leave. I didn't said anything because I wanted to hear what they were saying about me, in English, thinking that I didn't understand the English language. . By the time I finished with the pepar work the first lady that first told me that it was fine because they weren't busy came and told me that they Can Not see me because I was late and I needed to reschedule I told her but you told me, that it was fine and gave me the paper to fiil out and now that I have everything ready you telling me that the dentist can not see me, and she said, yes and you need to reschedule. And very rude asked me for the click board . I control myself and I said, "Jesus help me, because evil people are everywhere but I trust on you". I gave her the clik board and she asked me for the forms that I filed out and I told her, no those are my papers, my information and since you people are been so unprofetional, you don't need my information. I need this papers because very easy they can tell the insurance, that I was lying and that they told me in advance that I needed to reschedule. Guess what. Here it's my prof. I don't recommend this office and I will like, to someone from this office to give me an apologies. I may be Hispanic, but I speak English, I work, and I have insurance. I'm a human been who deserve respect. Worse experience that I ever have from a entodontic office. I even forgot the pain in my gum. I still looking for another dentist. I.
