My dentist said "Here's your x-ray and I'm seeing an infection that they missed." They also lied about how much it would cost. They said $300 over the phone then charged me $800. I don't have insurance and they literally stole $800 from me. As others have said they also make you discuss your financial situation and billing in front of the other waiting room patients. Then after getting no solution after coming back there in Bethlehem 3 times, I finally resorted to Humana to assist me with this complaint. I was told by a Human Representive to return the dentures and then contact them. I did as instructed and everytime they call K2 Dental and get Erica and they give her my name, they were immediately put on hold and never came back to phone with answer. Last resort got a supervisor to contact them on 7/20/26 and the same thing happened. Beware!! They dont like to give the best customer service!!!!!

I recently received a boilerplate letter announcing they are dropping my Humana Advantage Medicare plan. They sent a letter filled with outright lies about maintaining a "commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care". There is zero compassion in dumping the established patients who built this practice in the first place. It is blindingly obvious what is really going on here. They are kicking loyal patients to the curb so they can squeeze higher fees out of people to fund Dr. Lindsey's practice buyout and pay for their expensive new office renovations. They are prioritizing greed, profit margins, and new drywall over human beings, and it is entirely shameful. Everyone in town needs to know that this practice puts profits before people. I apologized for having a panic attack (I was literally fighting tears during the procedure) and they refused to respond. I can't say what went wrong exactly-I was probably a bit short, but also was trying not to calm down. I had previously told them I wanted to have headphones on during the appointment and the hygienist didn't seem to be happy with that. I'm not sure if they were uncomfortable having someone of a different race, but they seemed to ascribe me to a stereotype rather than ask why I was upset or panicking.
