They are hands down the most caring staff you'll encounter. Dr. Bunch's Carmel/Noblesville office has a very cool aesthetic that's modern but still comfortable. You can tell the staff genuinely love working there and with each other because they laugh and talk and work so well with one another. The front desk staff that deals with everything thrown at them never cracks... they are always courteous, kind, smiling, and genuinely okay with helping you figure out whatever needs figuring out. Big shout out to Dawn who ALWAYS smiles and takes time to make my kids and I feel special. My kiddos -- and even myself -- genuinely look forward to visiting to catch up with the orthodontic technicians. Leslie, who does all the financing and wrangling of insurance for braces, goes out of her way for you, too. And the orthodontist himself is super cool. My teeth were SUPER messed up and it was a process even before I got the braces on. I was thankful that I did NOT have to get any of my adult teeth pulled after another orthodontist had suggest that route. I am so thankful we found Dr. Sadler. Dr. Sadler has been there for me every step of the way. I am happy to say these past few years I now just wear my retainer as needed. I am thankful my parents took me to Dr. Sadler for braces. I can't imagine what my teeth would look like today without them. Having braces at times wasn't fun. Such as breaking brackets and poking wires. However the staff at Dr. Sadler's office always got me in quickly to fix any problems. I loved that I always had the options to change up my band colors as well. Braces isn't an overnight magic solution. It's a process but absolutely so worth it! As an adult I am grateful I went through the braces process as a kid/teenager. My process was a bit longer than most because of how complicated my teeth are. However my brother for example had braces for only a short amount of time and his teeth look AMAZING. After receiving another invoice/account statement over the weekend, I discussed the situation again with the office and was then when I was informed that my insurance didn't cover because they're "out of network ". I asked why wasn't I informed before. I would've canceled my first appointment and go to a closer practice who accepted my insurance plan. Had to pay today to close my account. Disappointing experience and would not recommend this practice to anyone. Lack of communication was obvious and not in the best interest of the patient. Costly bad experience.
