Aus diesem Grund geben wir vom Naschhafen unseren Backwaren Zeit. So erreichen wir in den meisten Fällen dasselbe Ziel, wie der Bäcker und Konditor "um die Ecke" mit Fertigmehlen und Konzentraten. Des Weiteren fließt in unsere Backwaren all unser Fachwissen, damit wir die Qualität erzielen, die Sie als unsere Kunden, von unseren Backwaren erwarten. Deshalb haben wir nicht immer die 100%ige Sicherheit, wie diese in einer anderen Bäckerei gegeben ist, weil wir eben auf derartige Zusätze verzichten. Both were amazing. Coming from the US, I have pretty high expectations for cheesecake and this cute little cafe does a great job. The cheesecake filling is sweet, tangy and creamy, and the cheesecake crust is crumbly and delicious. The coffee and tea here are also good, albeit nothing too special. The main show here is the cake! I think you really cannot go wrong with any type of cheesecake which you order here.
