They are friendly and helpful and really care. When we moved into our first house with them we noticed a cigarette odor that nobody had noticed before it was so troubling to me, that they found us another place and we moved a second time in the same week. The couches were so gross with grime and what looked like blood stains, we had to buy seat covers before sitting on them. We bought cleaning supplies and spit shined the place our first day and again before we vacated. We left it so clean the maids were confused when they arrived because they had nothing to do. We left the house and back yard in far better shape than we found it. Shockingly, our deposit was returned minus a $400 cleaning fee. We should have charged them twice that for cleaning the property twice. Tried calling the office two times to recoup the remainder of our deposit. They don't answer the phone and messages went unreturned.

Also they don't enforce the parking they make you pay $150 for, so expect strange vehicles permanently taking all the spaces. Honestly, I don't know how these assholes stay in business with the endless one star reviews but we should all steer clear of them hoping they will go bankrupt.
