There's a redhead lady who's pretty much always here- she's quick and sweet even though she's often the only one working. It's always busy here but she does a great job and stays calm even with a line in the place. The facility itself is always super clean and has plenty of pumps plus tons of parking. They were ready to have me come in on the same day when I called, but I was unavailable. They prioritized me as a waiting customer and had the part changed in 30 minutes! They even have refreshments in the waiting room and vehicle repair text updates. Other mechanics just had me wait in a chair for 3 hours just to tell me they can't get it done. The cost for the service was great and desk & service personnel were professional and polite, which in my experience is something that shops tend to lack. The only thing I recommend is to add a sign in the parking lot that points toward the office as the several doors outside get confusing for new customers like myself. My understanding is that the current Rocky Gap Grill ownership just recently took over within the past few months. My food came out quickly (maybe too quickly...). I started with the corn dog. After one bite, I could tell something wasn't right. The inside was still cold....very cold. When touched the outside, the breading was still cold too. I ate the ends which were the warmest but left the middle. The hot dog was fine. Nothing amazing but I finished it. Cole slaw with red cabbage is tricky sometimes as it gives the whole slaw an interestingly purple hue. That all being said, multiple staff members including the owner (I think) asked how everything was and I didn't mention the issue. So that's on me. They were very attentive and wanting to make sure I was having a good experience. Thus, 4 stars.
