I can't help but to question if he would've spoken to a man the way he spoke to me IN FRONT of my nephews. He was very demeaning, yet I stayed calm and polite, but it made no difference. The man who works here needs to be educated about how to treat customers (specifically women) and how to be a decent human being.

The trailer clearly had not been wiped down, let alone cleaned. This is also when we discovered the refrigerator did not work. On day two we woke up to 45 degree weather and discovered that the heater didn't work either. On day the three we woke up to a horrible smell. We discovered that the grey water tank was 1/3 full and the black water tank was 2/3 full. Yes, that's right; they sent us on our way with a tank full of someone else's waste. Fuller RV refused to discuss the situation with us and ushered us out the door. This company could actually make you sick. Stay safe, healthy and stay away from Fuller RV.

I immediately Yelped them, and got really concerned by the reviews here. However before I could contact Amex about a diff tow company, I got a call that they were 5 mins out. Not nearly 15 mins of the 45min expected wait. I decided to give them a shot. As the guy on the phone sounded really polite and courteous. Either way Andy arrived shortly, and went about prepping my car to be loaded on the flat bed. As my car is quite low with a front lip, I was a little worried this wouldn't work out. Andy took more ramps out of his truck (talk about prepared) and went ahead to guide me up the ramp. Car cleared perfectly. We drove together to the workshop of my choice, and he didn't speed, followed all traffic signs, and gave himself a huge following distance behind traffic. Unloading went as smoothly as loading. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely go with these guys if I ever needed another tow. Thanks guys!

I can see how people can get frustrated with towing guys. You call your service and then HOURS…read morelater, a tow arrives. But, in fairness to the tow guys, they have a list, they get to your car when they get to it. If that is unacceptable, I understand, you should call for a private tow and pay up. For me, the roadside assistance service I used called Atlantis Towing. The guy at Atlantis returned my call when I called to ask about when they were coming and, on top of that, was kind and polite. I left the car for him to tow and headed home (leaving the keys where he instructed me to for him). He sent me a picture when the tow was completed. It was a bad day for me (I mean, the very definition of a bad day is having to call for a tow!) and he was the bright spot - kind and responsive. I see all the bad reviews listed here, but I suspect some of that is that when you need a tow, you are beginning the interaction in one of your worst days. For me, my worst day was made less worse by having Atlantis Towing help me out. Thank you Nathan!
