They say hey this is going on a lot oh truck was supposed to get here but it didn't. The staff is wonderful and patient but who's ever running the store is doing a really poor job . Spend all that time and money to fix the place and now the inside is empty . A lot of these problems didn't even exist until they remodeled. Maybe somebody is the new manager . My boyfriend went in yesterday to do the same thing with absolutely no problems. And Shelly, from across the store yelled "we cant do half card half cash". When i wasnt even trying to do that. She then told me that they have never been able to upload gift cards unless it was a Meijer card. I truly appreciate how they put reduced prices on items, hoping to salvage it instead of having to toss it. The bathroom is nice-ish looking but both the soap dispensers were broken and just sitting on the counter. I do like that they have a toddler seat in the bathroom for when you need a place to secure your kid because either they don't walk yet or you don't want them crawling/crouching under stalls ‍ They have a Caroline's Cart for a child with special needs, two "fun" carts but no small sized carts for kids to push themselves like a couple other Krogers.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The market and grocery area is white glove clean. Plenty of parking spaces make this place an easy in and out as well. They have a nice cooler with plenty of drinks, candy, your typical gas station store fare but the kids really love shopping for their favorite Arizona drinks and assorted snacks. The individual working here was very nice and friendly. They even have a good section in the middle with cold sandwiches and salads that looked very tempting. The Sarokis offers pizza, chicken, tenders, fries, chicken sandwiches, cheese bread, and more. I am sure this will be competition for Crispy Crunchy Chicken locations. The gas was a bit pricey (I do not mean just for now due to circumstances outside their control) I just mean a pricier station than Costco (obviously). But regardless we will be back for more goodies, especially the kids.
