extremely overpriced and rude! would never recommend to anyone. Never going back. Ever

I had a nail in my tire and had gone to another tire shop it town to see if they could patch it but unfortunately the nail is in a location they couldn't patch (too close to the tire wall). They said if I wanted to try a plug that I should go to the Sweetwater BP, so that's what I did. It's a bit of a confusing setup because it's a gas station but they do auto shop work there as well. I parked and went it and had to wait about 15 min with my son before they were able to fit me in but then I just drove my car up to a door and the tech had me stay in the car and it took 5min or less for him to get the plug in. I know plugs can be a risk and they don't always work but they only charged $15 for the plug so I figured it's a risk worth taking and by golly it's lasted me a couple months now. I don't think it'll last forever but I'm happy to extend my tire's life as long as I can! The waiting area is SMALL and cramped, and not at all ideal for bringing a baby or toddler (I had no other choice). Not a super clean space but pretty on par for auto shops and I appreciate them getting me in quickly and doing a solid job. read more

These folks are so friendly and always do such a nice job. One of the few stations left that actually treat you as a customer and not somebody standing at a pump. read more

They are honest and reliable. I have always been treated kindly and fairly. The last time I needed tires they were installed and balanced in less than 30 minutes. read more

Always quick and efficient for oil change or tires. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you need tires.

Had a tire that needed repair. They told me what time to come, repaired it quickly, and charged very little. Everyone was courteous and helpful. read more

I brought my truck over for service. I asked the owner if any damage would be done to my wheels, and he said no. But when the work was finished all four wheels had damage and the chrome was scratched. One of the wheels was scraped all the way to the black underneath the chrome. I asked Sweetwater BP to be held responsible for repairing the damages. They first told me they would help me but later refused. I asked them to pay for half of the damages and they told me they would not spend a dollar and to get off their property. The customer service is horrible. Their sign stating they will not be held responsible is inside the garage where customers do not always go. If the owner was an honest and responsible business man, he would take responsibilty for his company's mistakes and look out for his customers. Instead, he was jerk who insisted I leave his property and threatened to sue me. read more

I find this real gas service station very good in all aspects except brake service which they do not so anymore. New and used tires at a very good price and they get you in and out quickly as my family has came here for a long time. Let's face it when you have 5 cars in your driveway with 3 of the drivers under 25 you NEED some place with good deals on tires and other services.The gas is as most full service stations are higher than self service but you get your oil checked and your tires check for free. read more

New to the area and was informed by another auto shop that my tires were "dangerously bald" and needed replacing. I called around to several places in town for varying prices, but Sweetwater had the BEST customer service. I didn't know my tire size, they went out and showed me where it was located so I would know for the future. Their prices were fine- more than I would have paid at Walmart. However, I'll happily pay more for great service and to support local businesses. Took 30 minutes for mount and balance from the time I walked in to the time I paid. Pretty good if you ask me! After the install, I was assured that they will plug or patch the tires if I catch a nail or something. Two thumbs up and HIGHLY recommend! read more

Yet again 4 stars from my visit. Recommended moving back tires to the front rather than buy two new tires like another garage was suggesting. This shows me they are really customer centric. read more

As a raving fan of all things Sweetwater, I had to check this place out. They have some pretty damn good gas. The pumps worked fairly well. I will most likely stop by to refuel here again the next time I am low on gas and passing by and on that side of the road. read more
