(It did for me) After fueling I pulled forward and went in to get my receipt, use the restroom and purchase some coffee and a sandwich. when I went to the restroom my feet were sticking to the floor, it was totally filthy. Upon returning to the C-store I looked around more closely and found it to be disgusting also, I left without using the restroom or purchasing anything.
