Cashier Kim is AMAZING! She remembers my regular items so it is a nice personal touch. I would say it is fairly clean for how busy it is, but could use a little extra TLC. Overall I highly recommend stopping here

This is now the closest Kwik Trip to me with a car wash (still sad that Plymouth got rid of…read morethere's) The staff at this location has a very fun, lighthearted attitude. Just today I came to get a car wash, and I also placed a pizza order. I marked my parking spot/arrival location as being in the car wash line, which I knew was a bit of a challenge. They didn't quite make it in time, so I called to let them know I had pulled into the wash. I said "I know I gave you a challenge there (while laughing)" and they laughed with me and just told me to pull up next to the front door when I was done. They watched for me out the window and brought the pizza out promptly when I pulled up. The pizza was handed off with a joking "we'll have to charge you more for this one" comment. Overall super friendly and great service!

Not to many days before it expired. The guy argued with me and the women snarled at me even though I told them that I was not trying to ruining anyones day. Tom Thumb would wage gas price wars back in the day, but Bill's stays reasonable on its own. The cashier staff is half weirdos, half nice teenagers. I don't mean 'weirdos' in a bad way, but I do prefer nice teenagers. If you're buying an item that, unbeknownst to you, is buy one get one free, they grab another one for you. They wish you luck when you buy a lottery ticket. I'm feeling a little Lake Wobegon as I describe them. The fountain soda/coffee to go area is well-maintained. As a frequent roadtripper, I wish all gas stations had the wherewithal to keep the urns full. I've never had the balls to try the hot food, though. I look at the hot dogs and flash back to Apu (from The Simpsons, naturally) dropping a hot dog on the floor, blowing off a little dirt, then returning the hot dog to the display. Shudder! I'm taking a couple stars off because it can get dodgy 'round these parts at night. Kids tend to congregate outside and the rent-a-cop can only be in one place at a time. They sell Heggie's pizza! When I first saw it on the sign at the corner, I nearly got my car on two wheels in a Heggie's-induced frenzy. The pumps were just replaced a few weeks ago and they're much easier to use.

Later she said i owed her $10 because she put $10 on my gift card. She was raising her voice, and talking to me like i was stupid. I apologized to her, saying "I thought i made it clear." She then proceeds to ROLL HER EYES and laugh and say no. Overall the WORST experience i've had at this gas station and their has been A LOT of bad experiences here.

I go here to check out the snacks, they now sell 7-Eleven products. Sometimes you can find some exclusive to 7-Eleven stuff otherwise they sell all types of convenience store products. July 26, 2024 After…read moreCircle K took over this Mobil, it is now called Tony's Auto Care. I walked in today asking how much would it cost to rotate the back tires to the front. The gal was on the phone, the guy stuttered for a long seconds with "uhhhhhhhh.....it starts at $35". I asked him why does it costs less than an oil change, the stated price on the sign board, in their shop, for $30. He said: that's inside. I said: What's the difference between inside and outside? He replies: well...that's the advertised price inside, in the event that we run a special. Normally, an oil change costs $70. Really? They're in the business of slashing 60% off? Terrible liar. After sensing a complete bait-n-switch with a flavor ful of up-pricing, I just leave. How hard is it to move 2 tires from the back to the front, and vice versa? And, for $35? Ha! Did it myself this evening, anyway. Joke is on you if you get your car serviced here.

This is the most service oriented business that I have come across in many years…read more Each weekend, when I am traveling home from church, I stop here for gas, sometimes, but usually to buy ice and other items. It doesn't matter who is working that shift, as soon as they see me coming, they already have double bags ready to put ice in. If they are not too busy, one of the employees will usually get the ice and bag it for me. (They all even know to place the open end down.)As if this weren't enough, again, if they are not too busy, one of them will offer to carry my ice out to the car for me. They must have an incredible manager at that store and the nicest employees. I would go out of my way, just to buy any quick pick up from Holiday 336.

The squeegees were there but there was no fluid in the bins. Then the bathroom is just closed! They fail at everything a gas station should be able to do. Meanwhile there's Hy-Vee, Kwik Trip, and Superamerica just up the road and they all can handle all three.

I can confirm Helen the store manager allegedly was on her phone a majority of my time in the store and twice when the store was swamped helen got on the register but IMMEDIATELY got off and went back to talking on the phone. If I was a district manager I would fire Helen and give the attendant, I can't remember her name a raise. For $12 an hour from what I was told this company doesn't deserve anyones money and hopefully gets bought out completely by 7-11
