Complete mess of a C Store. Busy is definitely a descriptor…read morehowever. Last Wednesday I came to do some research about work needed to be performed and it was definitely a hub for the region where fast c store foods and gas are available. Also, I've learned that 7/11 is now Speedway in this area. The other nearby store I was at yesterday for another issue. On the positive, they are very nice from my interactions and the way I've watched them with their customers.

Often you'll find a sign "restroom break" but no clock telling what time someone may be available . This time I ran into an elderly gentleman who said he had waited 15" and I waited an additional 10" so if you're in a hurry, don't count on the 5" sign. With a station on every corner just about, the inconsistency and inconvenience is just not for me anymore. I'll be driving an extra half mile to speedway.

Almost two weeks later, my card is still not refunded and I called today to talk to the manager and ask if he could try again. He proceeds to tell me that because it's been "longer than a month" he can't do anything. It hasn't. It's been only 2 weeks. I tell him that. He then tells me that it's out of his control because it's been 3 weeks. It's been TWO. I remind him of that and he proceeds to tell me that once a card is swiped, it's "out of his hands". Wtf. He mumbles something about needing a receipt and I tell him I have one, but then he says nope. It's out of his hands and he won't refund me. Go anywhere else but here. The manager is a thief and apparently proud of it.

I told him which gas pump to get my receipt, but he said what is the price on the gas pump which I don't know I don't look at it before coming in. He said he can't do anything about it unless he got the price which is dumb. All he had to do is press one button to look up the gas pump or call the manager in charge to get help which he did not. So I went outside to check price and told him about it he said well it is too late now I have to wait in line. Me and my family will never do business with this company ever again!!!!!
