BRUCE decided it was okay to hang up on me cause he was "too busy" once I came into the location to get some hot food he was moping in front of the hot food. I wanted to get a hot dog instead he continued to yell in my face and said I was being rude to him even tho I was not even talking to him. He seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or some drug. He called the police on me even tho I was being calm while he was screaming at me when I could have reacted very differently. When I went to the counter he grabbed my hot dog and threw it in the trash and continued to scream in my face. I just got off of a double and only wanted some hot food. I live close by and come to this spot all the time. He was very unprofessional and I do not feel comfortable walking back into this store with him there and if he feels that comfortable to talk to your guests like that there is a very real problem I do not recommend this place if they are going to have people who act like this working there. The police talked to me outside and told me I was okay to go because I obviously did nothing wrong. They have the right to refuse service to guest I understand that but he was completely out of line for absolutely no reason at all and made me feel very unsafe. I am a young female. I never raised my voice or was nasty to him at all he was acting out of his mind. If I could vote negative stars on this I would. He verbally assaulted me and should absolutely not have a job here or anywhere in customer service in that matter.

The fuel island is covered by about an inch of dirt, the pumps are broken and filthy. Two islands left with pumps and only one has a functional satellite. I went inside and gave the attendant my card and the information that needed to be on my receipt. He handed me back the information and said that it didn't need to be on the receipt. (It did for me) After fueling I pulled forward and went in to get my receipt, use the restroom and purchase some coffee and a sandwich. when I went to the restroom my feet were sticking to the floor, it was totally filthy. Upon returning to the C-store I looked around more closely and found it to be disgusting also, I left without using the restroom or purchasing anything. REGARDLESS OF THE FUEL PRICE, I WILL NOT BE STOPPING AGAIN! ( If you feel brave, watch out where you drive as the lot looks like it was bombed, massive holes everywhere)

went in on November 1st of 2025 to replace my front tire. The younger gentleman at the front desk…read morewas so kind and helpful, very informative and respectful. they suggested me getting two new front tires, i agreed. i come back three hours later after they are ordered and delivered, they replace the two back tires. i drove home, noticed, and immediately called back. younger gentleman was very polite and said if i come in the next day it will all get fixed. they fixed the tires free of charge , though after putting tires on my back wheels my back passenger tire had a slow leak. took it back in two days later, the mechanic said it was a valve stem issue and the tech that worked on my car the last time was new and needed to be better trained. this visit was also free of charge. came back a third time about two weeks later for a slow leak on the same tire. tech took me back and showed me a cracked rim.( i had been filling the tire up to required PSI every time it was driven) i went up front and spoke to Rick, and stated that the back tires were never supposed to be touched, and this issue was not a thing prior to this visit. he told me this had nothing to do with them and they cant do anything for me. kept repeating it was not their fault/they had absolutely nothing to do with this issue. he told the mechanic to put fix a flat on the crack to fix the issue, and "assured" me the fix a flat would be free of charge. even when the mechanic said that will do nothing. a week later i had bought a new rim and came in and bought a used tire from them- was planning on having the tire+ rim put on by someone else. i told rick that i would not have them put the tire on and that i was just buying the tire, and he immediately changed his attitude towards me saying he "really wouldnt suggest doing that" and "you should just have us do the work". the other mechanic not related to MCT said he did not feel comfortable putting this tire on in good conscience because of the tire being cracked all along the outside, very deep. real disappointed; had gone to MCT once about two years ago and had an awesome experience. this time it was the exact opposite. not to mention Ricks "humor" to specifically females is very uncomfortable. its either commenting on looks/appearance, or completely belittling until a man is standing behind you. super weird and uncomfortable!
