Just in case the owner of this franchise ever logs in (they have yet to claim the Yelp page) I will leave this message Read your reviews, then call me (DM me) to consult on how to structure your business with customer service and satisfaction as the focus vs whatever your current strategy is. Moved to the area May of 2017. Was stopping a couple times per week. Terrible - employees in the DD area with some type of "chip on their shoulder/doing me a favor" snotty attitude. They are gone. Car wash is a joke. Rarely working properly, and when it's out (which is often) the employees run around like its the first time. Just give me my money back. No drama, no need to call the manager... The service Island is a complete disaster. The windshield cleaning tools are a mess. When there is any fluid is so full of dirt and bug guts that the bucket, squeegee and then your window, smell like sewage. It's an easy fix. Start and end shift with a full "pre-shift" walk and a mid-shift Check in. Fixed. (You're welcome) Also on the pumps, they are often not working. Credit card readers, not working, got to go inside. But then your dealing with those "Love their jobs" employees Do yourself and the BP org a favor. Go to a different BP. This one will be out of business soon or at least (fingers crossed) under a new franchiser read more

Honestly I feel like this gas station would sell way more if it was open in the mornings. Not even sure what time they open. No signs or anything that says what time they open. I was there at 6:30 am and it was closed. The only part of the gas station that is open is the Dunkin' Donuts. I went in through their door and didn't see no cashier on the bp side. Bet people could steal easily. read more

stopped in for a car wash and paid for the premium car wash $12....car looked like it hadn't even been cleaned when i got home. I immediately went back and the Pakistani operator refused to even look at my car....needless to say i won't be going back.....steer clear of this gas station...look at the reviews they're terrible read more

I really needed to get gas right now otherwise I would definitely go to another gas station. This is by far not the best BP gas station I've ever been to. First of all their prices are almost always higher than most other gas stations in the area. Also, their air station doesn't work most of the time. And in my experience, most of the time when it's not working there is no sign on it indicating that. So the only way to find out if it's working or not is to actually put money in it ($1.5, which is actually more expensive than most other gas stations in the area). So overall, not the best experience with this one. read more

Every time ya go to the stations about 3 or 4 are out of order..u have to then go inside and that doesn't work..they either need new management/owners or this place needs to be shut down! I wish I'd read the single review before using this car wash. It RIPPED OFF MY REARVIEW MIRROR. When I went inside to inform the employee that my mirror was caught in their machine, he told me to come back tomorrow at 10am to tell the manager. I'm so angry I can't even see straight. read more

Worst gas station on the planet. No receipts, first pump froze during choosing gas grade, no clerk to be found when I went in. Had to find a DD clerk to find gas clerk. Then she answers pump froze go to different one. No apology, nor did I see her go out and put any indicator on broken pump for the next poor sap that comes to that horrible gas station. Then, of course, no receipt prints at the next pump and I have to go back into store to get receipt and again no apology nor does she go out and put receipt tape in machine!!!! I also had to wait for her to finish her personal conversation with DD employee before she even acknowledged me! I would give it 0 stars if that were an option!!!! Avoid this station at all costs!!! This is the most poorly operated gas station I have ever been to. This morning neither pump five Nor seven were working. I went in to say something to the employee and she poked her fingers on the computer for five minutes and shrugged her shoulders saying it must be broken, this is not a new thing this facility has been poorly operated as long as I can remember which is about 15 years it's amazing they stay in business. read more

Would rate it a zero if I could. I would rather run out of gas on the side of the road and walk home than to drive around to each pump here due to none of them working. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon. By far the worst gas station I have ever been to. The owner should be fired for keeping this hole running. This gas station is complete poverty. There's also a Dunkin Donuts and limited seating inside the station. DD is open until 10 pm as of Sept. 2015.
