This week, I came in and there was a very sketchy looking guy outside and he walked in when I did. He had an angry scowl on his face and stared at everyone while he just stuffed his jacket full of snacks, got a soda and walked out. The guy behind the counter looked at him and didn't say a word. It was terribly uncomfortable and this man then stood right outside the business afterwards. I've seen him a few times when I pull up and I refuse to go in now if I see him. From what I've seen, there's more police presence here at this Motomart than any other gas station around- I don't know why this is tolerated and not reported by staff. I hope I'm wrong and it has been. If it hasn't, you're putting people at risk. For such a clean, well stocked convenience store, so much work needs to be done in customer service.
