I had a bad feeling about using it when I walked in. The next day, unauthorized charges appeared on my card at Walmart. Fortunately, my bank flagged the suspicious transactions and deactivated my card. I hadn't used the card in weeks, but after using it here, the fraudulent charges occurred the very next day. I'm never shopping at this place again!

I think it's a real shame though that the cashiers are quite rude. 90% of the time, these young men don't speak to you at all, not a word.. won't even look at you. And sometimes are too busy on their phones or talking to each other to do their work. It's really poor customer service. One of the younger guys reeks of alcohol, every time I go up to pay. This week, I came in and there was a very sketchy looking guy outside and he walked in when I did. He had an angry scowl on his face and stared at everyone while he just stuffed his jacket full of snacks, got a soda and walked out. The guy behind the counter looked at him and didn't say a word. It was terribly uncomfortable and this man then stood right outside the business afterwards. I've seen him a few times when I pull up and I refuse to go in now if I see him. From what I've seen, there's more police presence here at this Motomart than any other gas station around- I don't know why this is tolerated and not reported by staff. I hope I'm wrong and it has been. If it hasn't, you're putting people at risk. For such a clean, well stocked convenience store, so much work needs to be done in customer service. There is only one evening cashier, that I know of, that is very friendly and I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out. I just know he has dark hair and wears glasses - always been great.

During Summer season they are open 24/6. for some reason Sunday night into Monday morning they are closed. During the Fall and Winter their hours change. And yet it still continues to be advertised as 24/7. They also have an issue supplying each pump with a register tape. I cannot count the many times I've had to go into the store to get my receipt. In addition, when the pump has malfunctioned and closed for repairs, instead of putting a bag on the nozzle letting the consumer know that the pump is down, you actually have drive up to the pump and read the message on the screen. Some of the screens on the pumps have been badly, scratched and are difficult to read at the angle of sitting in your car. I have photo at 4 o'clock in the morning of September 14th, 2023 and the lights are out at the pump.

As i filled my tank my mind wandered and I daydreamed about a family of raccoons that may or may not live behind the shop in the brush. These raccoons may be a young couple with 3 newborns that the mother is dilligently nursing while the father forages for food from the dumpsters of nearby stores. One if the baby raccoons might be born with a missing toe on his front left paw but totally healthy otherwise. This is all just speculation but I could see it being possible.

I paid $3.92 per gallon at this Sam's Club and filled up because I was on the road and needed it, and then got into Kansas City proper shortly thereafter, and gas was $3.56 per gallon at most places. You can even top your hot dogs and nachos with free chili, cheese & even queso blanco (white cheese)!!! The walk-in cooler has your staples like milk and eggs for they "quick trip" to the store.
