They have closed all restrooms, so we stopped for gas and paid, and can't even use the bathroom.

Why are you closed at 10:45pm? You're the first gas station in WI when heading north. Being closed is a terrible business decision given your location. read more

Uhhhh.... Our light went on so we saw this BP and decided to stop quick. I ran in to use the (yucky) bathrooms and came out, grabbed a coconut water and scoured the shelves for almonds (they had none) so paid and started to head back outside when hubby came in and said "none of he pumps will take my card." So he gave them a $20, went back out to fill up.... And nothing. He goes back inside and five minutes later an employee meanders outside and goes to a few pumps before ours, where he stopped and squeezed the pump. My husband is then rushing back outside and the guy said something like "I dunno, I guess it's not working." So apparently none of this place's pumps were working, with at least 7 different cars/people at pumps staring confused at the pump. Get it together. read more

Diesel pumps haven't worked in months. Sandwich shop inside the gas station has been empty for years. Bathroom is out of soap and hasn't been cleaned in years. Gum is on the floor throughout the store No idea why BP doesn't force the owner to clean this place up. read more

This was a dirty, unkept station. Bathrooms made us turn around and walk out, cashier, Seyd, was not attentive and we had to ask repeatedly for a sack. Fruit flies around the fountains. Overall very surprised this place is in business. read more

Absolutely disgusting. I never write reviews but this made me change that. Bathrooms were unusable, clogged toilets, toilet paper on the floor, walls were dirty too.Floors were filthy throughout the store. Fountain drink station had not been wiped down since this place opened. At least that's what it looked like. Don't go! It should be shut down! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! My sweetie and I took our little peanut to the grill games in Kenosha (awesome by the way) and on the drive back to the tollway I really had to pee BAD, I remembered from my frequent trips to the pleasant prairie outlets that there was a gas station right there. We figured perfect I could hit up the bathroom and grab my hubby his huuuuuge redbull and an orange pop for me. We pulled into the spot right in front of the door and I went in solo since the peanut was sound asleep and headed straight for the bathroom. I walked in and saw the disgustingness of these facilities but nature was a callin!!! As I was washing my hands my text alert went off and it was Wil I assumed he wanted a snack too or something so as I walked out of the bathroom I was opening the text that said "sweets they are closed" confused I looked up and the man that works there was locking the front door turns as he hears me and literally goes ape $h*% crazy! He starts screaming in my face like a complete psycho "what are you doing in here?!?! We close at 11!!! How dare you b*%€# why didn't you ask to use the bathroom" to which I reply "are you kidding me right now? I didn't know I ran in the bathroom before I was going to buy a drink". Then it really hits me, he is now holding a broom standing in front of the door in a stance like he is about to assault me with this broom. ( Let's keep in mind here that there was no key and the bathroom was just to the right of the door AND I was in there for no more than 3 minutes tops) So I say "dude get out of my way and let me out" to which he replies "we closed at 11!!! Why are you in here b*+€#???" so I say "man you are Fn crazy open up the damn door and let me the F out" which he doesn't so I proceed to basically shove my way past him unlock the door all the while yelling at him telling him he's a whack job and he's lucky I don't call the cops. So my sweetie starts to get out of the car once he hears my big mouth! I tell him just get in the car and start to explain what just happened when I happen to glance at the clock 10:52........ Is there an option for no stars? This place merits that destinction. More than half the pumps don't work, bathrooms are disgusting, fountain sodas are entirely out of certain flavors and others are not what they advertise. There was a strong gas stench in the bathroom and my husband's hands reeked like gas after he washed them. There are plenty of gas stations on highway 50, do not go to this one. Bottom line is, if it was a zombie apocalypse, and this was the only gas station left, you should seriously consider going without. It might be healthier and safer in the long run. read more

I avoid as much a possible this BP, it has never been a good experience inside or out. Their prices are much higher than other local stations, the pumps are regularly not functioning properly or don't accept a credit card. I was finally forced to go there yesterday because I didn't have time to drive out of my way. Again I struggled to find a working pump that could accept a credit card. I estimated that at least 50% of the pumps were covered in plastic. I don't know how many had non functioning credit card readers. I was one of two cars so I should not have struggled as much to find an open working pump when there are least 16 pumps. I then cringed at how much I paid for gas and only put in enough to get me through the next day or so. I just hate to give them my money. I am surprised they can stay open and it is likely due to the lack of any nearby competition that forces them to clean up their act, repair their pumps and keep their prices competitive. I am looking forward to another trusted company opening a station on 165 further east so we can use them instead. Sadly it won't help the unsuspecting folks who come from out of town. I am hoping another company comes in to build a station in some of the open land to give us another option. read more

I am not sure if this place is still called BP Connect. It now says AM/PM on the front of the store. Either way it sucks. The price of regular gas today was $4.39 here, $3.99 everywhere else. This place really could use some competition. Lots of things inside the store are overpriced and the employees are pretty rude too. If you ask me, I wish someone would open up a gas station at the intersection of Hwy 31 and 165. read more

This gas station is very filthy. From the moment you walk in your shoes stick to the dirty floor. I would strongly suggest not using the bathroom there as it is even worse. You may want to find a different gas station all together. read more
