Hi Yelp friends! This will be one of my quickest and shortest reviews…read more I needed gasoline for first day at a new job. I love being early for appointments, as even a minute late is unacceptable. I was right on schedule and figured I get some gasoline. New in the area, I saw a BP gas station right in front of the Green Acres Mall on Sunrise Highway. It was really cramped trying to squeeze into the narrow gas Lanes here. No worries. Except.. one thing. Most of the pumps here were out of gas. I placed the pump nozzle in the gas tank and nothing happened, WOW ,NO GASOLINE. I went to the pump next to it, but it also had no gas. Trying the third pump, it did have gas, but only premium at an outrageously high price. Wow it took a while just to get gas here. I guess I didn't have enough of this BP station in yet, I walked inside to the convenience store for a bottle of water. The employee there looked absolutely disgusted. Out of gas he either lied or didn't know any better and said there was a difficulty with the pumps. I asked why he didn't put a sign out on the pumps indicating that they were empty ..he just Shrugged his shoulders and didn't answer me. Purchasing the water, I noticed that their credit card machine was all broken and loose hanging off the Cradle. I was almost hesitant to use the unit perhaps, it would mess up my card. The employee volunteered that the machine was being replaced the next day, it looked like it had been broken a while and I really wasn't feeling the truth here. I made a mental note to not stop back here again and pass the word about the gas station with no gas and the busted credit card terminal. Exiting the gas station was very difficult, as their were a lot of cars and confusion with there being almost no gas at the pumps and no signs telling the customers of this issue. Moving forward I will make sure that I am fully gassed-up before heading into this area of town, the prices are sky-high, the courtesy is non-existent. The employees don't seem to care and I wouldn't either if the boss would fix important equipment or keep the gas tanks full. Not recommended.

Before midnight they pump gas for you so you never have to come out of your car. That's beneficial especially when it's freezing outside. The prices are great. Within the past two months they have dropped tremendously. The staff is ok except for the guy with the accent I think he's from Russia. He can be a bit rude at times and not willing to help at times either. Also be prepared to see a lot of bmw's in the parking lot. This gas station shares a space with a mechanical spot which is also beneficial. One time I ran out of power steering and one of the mechanics topped off my car with some power steering fluid for free. I was grateful. Also gas prices are the same with cash and card great deal!

Yes, you read that right. Pull up here and someone will come out and help pump gas into your car. There is no minimum and no obligation, just simply a credit card and a smile. At first I thought it was a shady ploy at a cash grab and go, but I got over it quickly and felt like I was no longer in NYC. Gas prices are already incredibly pricey throughout the tri-state and so this isn't exactly a deal friendly spot. However, it is pretty nice not having to exit the car when the weather isn't so ideal. It's rarely so busy that I can't get a pump or someone to help but I've been quite fortunate to enjoy quality service every time. And of course, if you feel like it, drop a dollar to the attendant. It might not fly out west, but it's always appreciated in NY.

When I drove up immediately felt that I did not have my wallet on me and I dreaded having to drive back and the plus the place looked closed from the outside. To my Saturday delight, I interacted with an employee there named Jimmy, who was so helpful and explaining that they took tap payment and how long I had to wait until my car was serviced. He was so pleasant to speak to while I waited, and we shared stories about our careers and just being born and raised in Brooklyn, before I knew it my car was finished! I paid and I was done in less than 20 minutes. A mechanic was even gracious enough to back it out of the shop into oncoming traffic, which I was scared to do! Definitely will be back to this neighborhood gem. Go here!!

No professional mechanic should handle things that carelessly. I expected better service and honesty. The man with the glasses was especially unprofessional and unreliable. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience for me.
