I prefer BP/Get-go/Rickers over any gas station. This location does not stay open 24 hours but if you are a member the gas prices are inexpensive in my opinion. This will always be one of my gas stations. read more

This gas station was awful on so many levels. To start off, they are supposed to have hot food here but not this location they don't make any hot food at all so if you accidentally make an order I don't think you're going to get your money back. The bathrooms here are absolutely abysmal! Worst of all even the lottery machines are broken. I had a dollar and wanted to play the $1 game and the $1 game didn't respond so I wanted my money back. Yeah so I was upset about a dollar but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal right? The staff member told me to wait until tomorrow so I could possibly get my dollar back which I thought was ridiculous so I just put another dollar in and played another game. Prices here were a little high, overall this gas station is a definite pass you're better off going to the similar gas station south of here. read more

Yesterday I stopped here because I was feeling terrible (lady problems) and as I was walking in I fainted to the ground. I don't know exactly what happened after that but I woke up to probably 5 or 6 people helping me. Two workers came out and kept calling ambulances and it I guess took them awhile to get there. I just wanted to say thank you to them and the kind people that decided to help me and stay by my side while help was coming. We need more people like that in this world. This Ricker's went through the expense of remodeling and adding a "kitchen area" to supply warm food offerings. You order on a computer screen and wait even when the employee is standing 2 feet from you. That's all fine but I don't want to wait. I want the "Grab-and-go" rack supplied with food so I can grab coffee and a food item and go. If the kitchen employees would spend more time working and less time talking and goofing off, sales could go up considerable. I will say that Ricker's does have very good coffee with the new fresh ground and brewed machines and, when available, the breakfast biscuit sandwiches are decent. The croissant sandwiches are not very good. I did eat a lunch burrito there once. Mistake! $5 for a burrito comparable to Taco Bell. The cahiers are generally very pleasant. read more

Today I went in to get a burrito. I ordered one but there was no one behind the counter. Then I guy came from the back and began doing other things and he was taking a little too long to make my burrito, so I grabbed one that was premade. I went to the register, paid for my burrito, and left out of the store. As I was walking back to my semi which was parked on the street, I was approached by the man who was cooking. He said ma'am you don't want the burrito!?!?!? I replied no because I needed to go and wasn't ready so I grabbed another one and in an agitated tone, he told me do not waste his food. I have never been accosted by an employee on the clock following me to my vehicle to have a confrontation with me about anything. He was completely out of line and I hope that management deals with him accordingly. I have made a formal complaint with BP and I do not appreciate his unprofessionalism toward a consumer. read more

Rickers has well lite BP gas pumps with easy return to 86th Street and back to 465. As for the convenience store the staff has always been nice and the store well stocked. They have an abundance of candies, cookies, sodas, fountain drinks, along with coffee and sandwiches. All the delicacies weary travelers stock up on when topping off the gas tank. read more

They no longer carry the deli sandwiches that I loved. Now, the sandwiches are just industrial food-service quality, on tasteless bread, that have been sitting too long in the cooler. Ick. Nice selection of fountain drinks on tap, though. So without the deli quality sandwiches, it's just another gas station. Ho-hum. read more

1st shift staff is amazing! The girls are always smiling. Fast sevice. Store is always clean and food is great. I recommend the philly or a chicken sandwich add bacon and provolone cheese. read more

As I was parking, there was a lady walking in, and was able to get on store. As I was getting out my car an employee came and locked the door and walked away. I stood there for about 7 mins and no word. There were signs on the door stating they would close at 9pm as well on google . It was 7:33 pm. Finally someone finally came and said they were closed. More ppl started walking up and they turned the store lites off. Was very rude to shut down early and have wait outside without saying anything. read more

This gas station is not well maintained. The pumps are frequently not working and not labeled as such.

The SLOWEST pumps I have ever experienced. The interface takes forever to pay, select grade, get receipt, etc. Wow.
