Plenty of clean and available bathrooms, and there is both a Pepsi brand AND a Coke brand fountain drink machine with really good ice. Cindy at check-out was so friendly! She greeted me when I arrived and later commented on our shared enthusiasm for beaded bracelets at check out. I gifted her one of my blue Infinite Warrior beaded bracelets as she and I both said the blue bracelet represents one of our children and she'd recently lost her blue bracelet which honors her son. Twice the employee told my daughter I won $2.00 less than I did. I check my tickets very carefully and my daughter usually confirms the winners too. On this last occasion both me and my daughter counted $22.00 in winners, the employee insisted it was only $20.00. What's the odds that twice he claims the winnings are $2.00 less than they are? It's not a lot of money, being taken for $4.00 but it's the idea that somebody would risk losing their job over $2.00. My daughter both times did not want to argue with him and just left short the $2.00 because she thought maybe he really needed the money, despite having a job. I have asked my daughter not to go to this BP anymore. She likes it because it's one-stop shopping for her, gas, lottery, snacks. But if you have a dishonest employee, it's not a good idea to keep patronizing a place like that.

I was a fan, and the car wash guy was always happy to be there, it made the chore enjoyable. But during one visit, I was in a hurry and no matter how many times I punched in my zip code, the pump would not authorize. I had to rush inside and hand the clerk the exact card I swiped at the pump, and it authorized in no time. I then received a long explanation of why sometimes the cards don't work at the pumps causing people to have to come inside to pay. Any other day, I wouldn't have cared, however I specifically said I was running late and in a rush (just give me the card back please)--I didn't need the reasoning behind the bunk-pump. During the next unfortunate visit, I rerouted purely to get the cheaper gas along with the car wash I was already going to purchase. I got the pump set up with the car and swiped my card, however the screen said that the car wash was unavailable that day, so I was going to have to pay full price. This was especially insulting because the car wash doors were wide open and the box of shammy cloths were at the exit ready for wiping a wet ride. Honestly, that was my last trip there. I'll be back if I'm running on fumes or forget to fill up elsewhere, but I've learned to stop making the specific trip for this station. With the new gas station opening a block north, I may not be the Yelp regular at Alliance as I once was unless they offer cheaper prices. Note: I would have given 3-stars, but the little phrase to the side said 'A-OK' so I dropped it to 2-stars to accurately reflect how I feel: 'Meh'
