When I called they answered the phone right away, gave an overview of the work they do and asked me to text my contact info and details which I did. This was August 21. I didn't hear anything back over the next few days, but wanted to give them some time, so I waited until September 1st to follow up. I then reached out to see what the status was, but didn't get a reply. I reached out a final time on September 7th, but didn't get a quote or reply to date (it's now September 11th). Obviously I cannot comment on the work quality since I didn't even get the requested quote within the approximately 3 weeks I waited, but definitely have to give 1 star for customer service. They were not responsive and didn't deliver the promised quote or even get back to say they were working on it or couldn't do the job. I was treated like an afterthought. Not a nice feeling as a potential customer.

We hired them to carry an…read moreunassembled Sunlighten sauna up two flights of stairs with a landing, over marble steps and past delicate walls -- details we gave them upfront, and their own rep confirmed on a recorded call that the pieces would definitely be wrapped, since we specifically discussed the narrow stairwell and asked how they'd protect it. Quoted $300-$350. They arrived, then told my husband -- who had no part in negotiating the price -- it was now $400. He hadn't been told wrapping was even part of the deal, so he had no way to catch the switch. The whole job took **7 minutes**. Nothing was wrapped: not the stairs, not the walls, not the floors, not the shades, not the sauna panels. Pieces were dumped unprotected on our bamboo floor against an electric shade, which then knocked panels over and damaged them. When we complained, SEUD told Thumbtack that my husband was the one who agreed to skip wrapping and unpack the boxes instead "to safely navigate the narrow staircase." That's false, and we have the recorded call proving the wrapping commitment was made before anyone arrived -- my husband wasn't even part of that conversation. Thumbtack's response was to ask us for an itemized invoice or written estimate to "verify" the discrepancy, as if a verbal bait-and-switch confirmed on tape isn't verification enough. Thumbtack recommended this company to us directly, one of only three options with no way to browse others, dressed up with 500 reviews and a 4.9 rating. When we brought recorded proof that their pro lied to them about what was agreed, Thumbtack's process still landed on "not our problem." Both companies are getting reported to my state Attorney General.

Deeply unprofessional and distressing experience…read more I'm heartbroken to write this review. We hired this company to help clean out my parents' home after my dad suffered a stroke. I initially chose them because of their prompt, kind response. Before starting, we were very clear: ALL ART and ALL TOOLS were to be kept. Many items were marked "Do Not Junk," and we informed them that certain areas were still being sorted and should not be prioritized or items in those areas junked without our approval. The crew leader, Saint Louis (SL), agreed and assured us we could supervise what went into the truck. But from the start, tools kept getting taken, and we had to repeatedly ask for them back. SL's attitude shifted quickly--he began yelling, "Why call a junk company if you don't want everything junked?" He also pressured me to go to an ATM instead of accepting digital payment for a multi-day job. I was so upset I called Melanie, who agreed to come to the site. Then it got worse. Expensive tools--like a floor jack and brand-new bolt cutters--went missing. When we asked about them, the crew retrieved them from the truck. Clearly, they knew what they were and where they were stored. A purse was also taken from a table near the door (clearly not junk) and only recovered because it had a phone inside that we could call. Damien and Michelle, two other managers, later apologized and admitted this shouldn't have happened. Following a heated argument between SL and my father-in-law about the repeated issues and payment, we ended the job early. Melanie returned, and we paid for the work already done. Shockingly, after payment SL instructed the crew to dump junk back onto the yard until Melanie intervened. Afterward, we discovered other expensive tools were missing--including my FIL's full toolbag, which was stored outside the work area. We let Melanie know. Her response? That their lawyers were aware of us and we could file a police report if we wanted. At best, this was gross negligence. At worst, something more troubling. Either way, it was a horrible experience during a difficult time. I wish I could say this was a one-off, but multiple "miscommunications" and missing valuable items tell another story. Proceed with caution. I would never work with this company again.

I since have tried in many occasions to contact the office and the owner but have been ignored. It's a newly built home and driveway should not have that many issues. I have pictures of when it was freshly done, huge pipes sitting on top of the driveway which may have been the cause of the crack. I have all screenshots of all the calls and messages sent to Macio as well. I did a little more research only to find that Macio the owner of Bela Vista Contractors is also under the builders company Monna homes. They all need to get looked into. Driveway needs to be fixed properly , the excuse "oh we are in Florida" told by builder should not be a valid excuse as my neighbors house driveway was done the same time by the same contractor and its not cracked and older homes in the neighborhood with older driveways are also not cracked. Its sad that some people care more about the quantity of work and not the quality of work. It's said to be ignored when all we want is for them to honor warranty and fix the issues.

Diamond Blue made our dream kitchen a reality, and now that it's 2026, I can confidently say it was…read moreone of the best decisions we've ever made. Our kitchen project started in October 2023 and was completed in January 2024. From the very beginning, Rebeca was absolutely amazing. She was the first person I worked with, and she truly listened to everything I wanted and needed. She made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, and honestly enjoyable. Working with her -- and the entire Diamond Blue team -- was a pleasure. Now, I'll be very honest: this was a very expensive kitchen, more than I originally expected. We did a waterfall island, two-tone cabinetry, and used the countertop material as the backsplash for the main kitchen area -- so yes, it was an investment. But it has been worth every single penny. I waited until now to write this review because I wanted time to pass. I wanted to see if anything would go wrong, if the kitchen would hold up, or if issues would appear. Not because of a lack of trust -- just real-life concerns. And I can confidently say: this kitchen has been incredible. It functions beautifully and still looks stunning. On the rare occasion when something did happen -- a piece of wood installed on the hood came loose and fell, breaking the glass on the cooktop -- I called Diamond Blue, and they handled it immediately. No excuses, no delays. They replaced and fixed everything right away and were absolutely amazing about it. Most recently, we had an electrical issue. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. Diogo and his Farther the owners came out the next day, brought three electricians the day after, and they thoroughly addressed and fixed everything that needed attention. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through are truly exceptional. I recommend Diamond Blue to absolutely everyone I meet. Their work, their integrity, and their customer service are outstanding -- not just during the project, but long after it's finished. Thank you to the entire Diamond Blue team, and especially Rebeca and her family, for being so wonderful to work with and for treating our family with such care and respect. We are beyond grateful.
