I don't expect much out of gas stations (I don't think many people do), so we were both kinda floored by how NICE the interior of this gas station was. Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. Next time I need a quick something, I may in fact prioritize Kwik Trip over say Holiday or Speedway. Also the employees working here were friendly and efficient. So even the help really seemed a step above the rest when it comes to gas stations. My kudos to them!

I can confirm Helen the store manager allegedly was on her phone a majority of my time in the store and twice when the store was swamped helen got on the register but IMMEDIATELY got off and went back to talking on the phone. If I was a district manager I would fire Helen and give the attendant, I can't remember her name a raise. For $12 an hour from what I was told this company doesn't deserve anyones money and hopefully gets bought out completely by 7-11

Worst car wash in town do not was your car here, I took my truck here to get it washed the soap…read morenever came on and then it shoots out some hot wax and then the rinse. So I went inside where a very nice cashier was more then willing to help out when her manger came out and said he watch my car go thru the was and everything worked just fine. I invited him outside to look at my truck and he declined saying that it did not get clean because it is a truck and he was not going to do anything to help. so I went outside to get my husband who then went into the store and came out with the manager who then again said the truck was not clean because it was a truck and it does not clean large trucks well. My husband was not accepting that as the reason for not having a clean truck and came out with another car wash that still did not clean the truck. I have been to a bunch of different Holiday gas stations to wash my truck and never had this issue so my recommendation is to just not go to that one where the manager does not believe in customer service but does believe in yelling at customers.

It has not been unusual for it to take 30 seconds or longer for the dispenser to recognize that a credit card has been inserted and to begin the process of pushing buttons to get gas. Today, it wouldn't even recognize my card. Fed up with the state of things at this Holiday (not to mention the loud videos that constantly emanate from the dispenser), I drove across University Ave to the local Speedway station. What a breath of fresh air! First of all, no loud videos! Dispensing gas in peace! What a concept! Secondly, a fast, smooth transaction and dispensing experience. Lastly, touchscreen! Worked nearly-flawlessly! I'll be going to the station across the street from now on for most of my gasoline needs.

Why is it that no matter time of day or number of customers in the store there always seems to be…read moresomebody inside without a mask...and nothing is done by the employees??? I've raised the issue with the employees and they mostly just look at me with no reaction much less an answer...as they stand safely behind a plastic barrier. One employee told me their manager told them not to do anything because it can be dangerous to confront someone about not wearing a mask. Really? I've seen an employee kick out a customer because they were complaining that the coffee wasn't ready. If employees don't serve people without masks, then the customer will more than likely leave. If the don't, then call the police. Why am I and other loyal customers repeatedly put at risk because your stores won't/don't enforce mask wearing? I've seen it at multiple stores in the metro area..and yet don't experience this issue in any other establishments I frequent. It's unacceptable and has caused me to shop elsewhere.
