The workers I deal with-Shantrell, Kiana, Katesha and Justin are not only well trained and well versed in their responsibilities as Royal Fatms workers, they are each individually great people. Shantrell and Kiana both go above and beyond their duties in ensuring my sandwich is perfect to my liking. One time Katesha filled in and made it just as delicious as the others. Justin is just a friendly young man who treats customers with a natural nice demeanor and I nominate each of these workers for special recognition from their superiors.

My husband got out of the restroom that he said was nasty with broken toilets flushing continuously. We got to the counter and the "no smiles" female employee was making a point to be non-smiling. Hell I don't remember because it was a month ago but it's in DeBellaware so guaranteed it was a lot cheaper than how I'm getting hosed at home. In all honesty it was around $2.20 at the time which was then and still is now around thirty cents less per gallon. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? Nope, everything was hunky dory with the slight exception that this place apparently gets really busy and that does create a real PIA situation getting on and off the property. This gas station is across from the Wilmington airport (ILG) in New Castle Delaware. We pulled in, got some gas and off we went. They had a weird set of cones to direct traffic, so there was only one way to get into the pumps, but nevertheless, it was an easy way to get cheap gas.
