This was one of the best service we have ever gotten here in the Outerbanks. Most is lukewarm but over here folks are greeting you from the very first step you go in. The guy who is ringing everyone up was very nice as well. Now let's talk about the biscuits. Biscuits so famous they start coming in hot at 5:30 am. Biscuits so famous that there's always a guaranteed line! Biscuits so famous they have a rather fascinating name accompanying it. It was great especially for breakfast we came back at 7:00 am determined to get some of those biscuits goodness and we got it piping hot and delicious. Prices are affordable and great selection. I love places like this unassuming but delightful! So whenever you are in the Outerbanks. Give them a try! Friendly service and good affordable food!

We saw a few gas stations on our way down and decided this would be the perfect spot to get fuel. To be noted here, fuel prices are a bit higher down this way because of the area. Be prepared to pay higher, that is for sure. When I pulled in and got out to fuel up, the pump was a bit confusing. The pump I was at wasn't able to allow you insert your card, you could only tap. No worries there as I was able to do that. But where to tap was a bit more to figure out. Finished pumping my fuel and inside I went. The convenience store portion of this is small. Selection is really limited. However, I was still able to grab myself a snack and drink. Also to note here, this is a drive thru beer place. Convenient, maybe. Fuel, definitely.

Pros: wide variety of different items from fishing stuff to hardware items to normal household and baby times. The store is conveniently located with gas and is always busy - you can get a lot of the essentials here. Cons: The store is very unorganized with items in multiple aisles and items are old - Specifically I came across I really poor looking package of baby bottle nipples from 2008. During the visit, there were 5 people standing behind the counter and not one would assist us with getting a propane refill, we were told to come back 5 hours later. Staff seemed disengaged and could careless about ensuring repeat customer business. Overall I'm not likely to return.

I love a good fountain soda and 7-Eleven is a good place for that so I usually stop in here a few times in the summer for an icy cold diet Coke. For the most part, this store is your typical 7-Eleven - drinks, snacks, lottery tickets, bags of ice and such. Given their proximity to the beach they also sell some beach gear and bait. The gas station includes eight pumps with both gasoline and diesel on them. They also have an air pump and vacuum that takes quarters, Apple pay or credit cards.

Especially if you're from somewhere in the mid-Atlantic, you've come to expect that 24/7/365 you…read morecan always find a place open for a few necessaries be it a Wawa, Sheetz, Royal Farms, Rutter's, etc. If you're in the OBX in the offseason, good luck with that as no such place exist and all groceries stores will be closed by 10pm at the latest. The only exceptions are the two 7-11s on the island. If you're staying in the Nags Head area, this unfortunately, is your horse. Typical small sized 7-11 from the 80's that I guess has most of what you could want for a late night trip with a few notes. * Very small parking lot. Maybe 6 spaces and yes this place can get "crowded" in the offseason let alone what it must look like in July. * Complete non-existent customer service. Both times I went in the same guy was in the back doing ?? while on his phone taking a personal call and never broke stride with that call when he eventually graced me (plus others waiting for him) with his presence to ring up transactions. * Watch out for expired items. They currently have a bottle of their generic 7-11 brand Nyquil in the first aisle for sale that expired 13 months ago. They also have a few other cold remedies in that same area already expired or close to it. * Watch out for items priced as X that will ring up as Y. That pint of ice cream might say $5.99 but it could ring up as $8.99. Attempting to mention it to employee on his phone gets you ignored or eventually he snaps that the price is the price and he doesn't make them. Allllrighty then. So yes, come if you must and/or if what you need is very basic but as long as it's before closing time, make the trip to the Food Lion right up the road. More choices, much better pricing and at least you won't be disturbing someone into doing their job. Pass.

It is close to where the beach road (NC Hwy 12), the bypass (Interstate 158) and Interstate 64 meet so it's a convenient stop for many people passing through the area looking for snacks, refreshments, bait or even beach gear. This store is relatively old and dated. Even though there is not a gas station location at this store it can be busy in the summer give its location.
