Both times I went in the same guy was in the back doing ?? while on his phone taking a personal call and never broke stride with that call when he eventually graced me (plus others waiting for him) with his presence to ring up transactions. * Watch out for expired items. They currently have a bottle of their generic 7-11 brand Nyquil in the first aisle for sale that expired 13 months ago. They also have a few other cold remedies in that same area already expired or close to it. * Watch out for items priced as X that will ring up as Y. That pint of ice cream might say $5.99 but it could ring up as $8.99.
