Obviously the newest gas station at this exit off I-85. Decent bathrooms, easy in and out gas pumps...

This QuikTrip gets five stars out of me because I don't know of another QT between North Carolina…read moreand Atlanta that has *direct* access to and from I-85 South. You literally drive straight through the light at the exit and you're at QT. To get back on the interstate, you do the exact same thing. It's great. Northbound, it's more of your standard affair, but southbound, you can't beat it. Located just off I-85 exit 35 (SC 86 - Piedmont, Easley), it's almost as if the southbound exit was made for this QT. In reality, they probably built the driveway to be in perfect alignment with the exit. This QT isn't as big as others in the Upstate (along I-85), but it's big enough with 16 pumps. Some, but not all, of the pumps at this location offer No Ethanol fuel. I'm generally a fan of QT because of their big, bright, and clean gas stations, well-stocked convenience stores, well-trained and polite staff, adequate restrooms, and free air for your tires. Ever since QT entered the South Carolina market in 2011, they've raised the standard for gas stations and convenience stores. Currently, this is one of the company's newest stores in the Upstate. It opened in late 2018. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they closed the outdoor seating at this location. For example, they removed a table, placed the umbrella shade on top of the chairs, and sealed off the seating with zip ties. This is QuikTrip store #1117.

Oh I like how they are updating the QT's. This location has the new dispenser beverage machines…read more The choices they give you is amazing! The tea dispenser is a plus! No more walking in to an empty container or out of order. You can create your own beverage with the different flavors and have it hot, cold, no sugar, regular, extra sugar or diet sweetener. The other products such as foods and snacks are the same. However, they did update the slushes, but I was stuck on trying out the teas!!!

Driving up I-85 I decided to exit after seeing several service station billboards, I usually try…read moreand keep my motor coach fueled at a minimum of fifty percentage when possible. After exiting I noticed a few of stations weren't going to be very accommodating being my rig and toad exceeds 50 feet in length, add in the fact there is no backing up when towing four wheels down and the turning radius isn't much better than a tractor trailer rig. This Spinx station is laid out in such a way it eliminates issues most extended length vehicles face. This is a beautiful and very clean little fueling stop / convenient store, I understand a lot of stations limit the fueling limits to $75 when using a debit card so I always use a credit card when filling the RV for that reason alone - it's rare that the pump stops before pumping one-hundred and twenty-five dollars so it's a little frustrating when the pump shuts off when there's plenty more fuel to pump. I'm sure others feel the pain as well especially when the card reader has to time out before swiping the same credit card. It's not a deal breaker but management should address this or don't ask me about my choice of payment...

Clean and neat with good hot Coffee and Biscuits…read more Left Cornelius at the crack of dawn on Saturday driving to Atlanta for grandson's Christening. We had been on the road for about 2 1/2 hours when we decided to stop, hit the rest rooms and grab something to eat. Spinx was right off I-85 and quick to get in and out of. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, how bright it was and how well it was organized. Getting the coffee was a bit of a challenge becaus they have about 8 varieties and all looked good. Chose a Bold Columbian Roast which as very good. Put that with a Sausage and Egg sandwich and we were good to go till we got to Marietta for lunch
