The staff cashier and shave ice crafters were friendly and approachable. Definitely worth it. I also saw mocha on the menu, but my heart was already set on mangonada. It is normally $8, unless you're getting the specialty ones like mangonada. They accept cash and card.

Pretty simple menu, tacos and enchiladas with a choice of steak, pork, chicken and birria. The sauces they gave us had a nice bite to it. We had the steak tacos and birria enchiladas. Fresh, tasty, nice touch of cheese and the sauces were a big plus. Tacos were 3 for $12 and the enchiladas was 4 pieces for $12. They also have a variety of drinks. I hope they come back for more Vikings games and other big events at USBS.

Before going straight to the truck, we tried to find a menu online with pricing to decide what we wanted. We found a few different things online but nothing that was accurate. Also it would be great if they had a online order option as well cause we have short lunch breaks. We all went out to the truck and got great service. The people running thr truck are friendly and funny. Most of the food took about 10 minutes but one of us waited almost 20 minutes. Everything was cooked to order, hot and fresh though. I got the ghost wings and they were amazing! My coworker got the catfish and hush puppies and everything was soooooo good. If you ever see this truck, I recommend it for sure.
