There was no actual flange at all, just a repair flange and it was set below the level of the flooring and filled in around with a mess of some kind of caulk or filler to try and raise the level up. Making this right was way out of our league, so we called MasterCraft to help us out. They confirmed our suspicions that this was messed up six ways from Sunday and talked through the process of cleaning out the filler, chipping away the concrete, and refilling it with a clean setting of concrete so they could set a proper flange 1/4" above the flooring and for a reasonable price considering how terrible the setup was. They immediately set up an appointment to return the next day. While they were there for the estimate, they offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, which I took to be a fishing expedition for more "problems" they could "fix" for more money, but such was not the case. They found one minor issue, said it could probably wait a few years, and even fixed another minor issue they found for free, then said everything else looked good. Startling honesty and helpfulness! From my call for help, they had folks out to check things out in about two hours, and the work was completed less than 24 hours after that. For the level of work done, an incredible turn time, IMO. All told, we had 5 different techs in our house between inspection and repair, and every single one was friendly, competent, and respectful of our home. While I'm not eager to *need* their services, if I do, MasterCraft Plumbing has definitely earned repeat customers here!

RDZ plumbing is awesome! I had a severely clogged main line drain where there was literal TP piling…read moreup in my front yard. Fun! I reached out to RDZ around 10pm and was promptly responded too with a quote for hydrojet and camera inspection service by Sandra for either immediate service or for first thing in the morning. I opted for the service for the morning and Manuel and Federico came out and showed up promptly at 8am. They assessed the issue and began to hydrojet the main line. After clearing out the clog, they inspected everything with a camera and we found out that faulty piping was the culprit to our clog and after a fair quote on the spot and agreeing to the work, they went to work to dig out and fix the buried pipe. After they completed the work, they refilled the hole they dug out and you couldn't even tell that they dug it out. They cleaned the area up nicely. During the camera inspection, they found a potential issue that is further down and past our property line which is a whole different issue that ill have to look into with either my HOA or the City but without their thorough work and inspection, we would have never known of the other issue at hand.
