If I could i would give them a ZERO. I filed a claim thru my…read morehome warranty and they assigned Southwest to repair my ice maker. They called and schedule a time to come out, technician comes to the door on the phone with someone else (very unprofessional). I show him the ice maker which hadn't been working properly for several months. He says "there's ice stuck in there thats why it's not working". I say I know Captain Obvious thats why I called for it to be repaired. I explained to him the issues i was having and he doesn't even look at the ice maker and says we will order a new one. It takes a week and a half with no response and I have to call them for an update. Miraculously they say the picked up the new ice maker that day. I schedule a time for them to come out and the technician installs it and says it should make ice in about 3 hours....no luck doesn't work. I leave 4 text messages to the owner with no response. I finally call him and he says he will call me back to schedule a time to come look at it. 2 days later no response so i call him and he says "he's trying but they are really busy". Still no definite time given they will come to look at it. This goes on for several more days. I finally call warranty company to complain and they put in another claim...i confirm with the owner that they got the new claim and he would call to schedule an appointment. 3 more days pass and no communication. I called warranty company again and they reach the owner and he lies to them and tells them he "texted me but i never responded". I have since transferred the claim to another contractor. This company is beyond amateur hour. Zero organization and communication skills. If you like waiting for several days to get a response for subpar work they are the number 1 company to call!

Excellent little gem for scrap metal in Tucson. Forget going to the big box stores when this is…read moreavailable. Love that they offer this at an incredibly decreased cost to the public; they'll even cut metal for you to your exact size. Their formula is based on weight. For example I was looking for stainless steel. You can buy it at $.50 a pound or, non-magnetic at $1.50 a pound. I do cast iron restoration so this just might be my newest go-to place. Super friendly service and a welcoming mindset to the whole public. Once a month they open up a different section to the 'artists' where the other side of the reclamation yard is available for projects. They have much more odd sized metal pieces there. Pretty cool place considering the point to revive metal for a reduced sale price. Way to think eco!!

Playing catch up with a draft from 2025 - Scheduled carpet service for 8 Nov 2025, morning session…read more-Tech Horatio, was prompt, courteous and personable. Had scheduled a 2 room Special for $79, w/a one room add-on. He suggested the "Ultimate Carpet Cleaning" for a more efficient clean of our cream carpets. I'm so glad I did, they look absolutely fabulous and am extremely pleased with the results. I will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs and I recommend this business. The only concern I have is the, "365 Spot & Spill Plan Subscription," he offered. I trusted Horacio's word (no handout offered or online info to review) that this annual plan would meet my needs, as I did my do diligence asking him multiple questions to ensure this is something I could use. Well today I see the invoice, only to read it "does not" cover traffic areas. This was the main reason I purchased this plan. Especially after talking with him and being reassured. In addition, if you purchase this annual plan, it is non refundable. 10 Nov 2025 - As directed via text, I await a "management call" today before 12pm. *Update: Owner James called and resolved my concern, restoring my faith and reassuring me of my decision in the purchase of the 365 Spill & Spot Plan Subscription. Thank you James and Steamy Concepts Staff!! See you next time.

My first experience with Steamy Concepts a year ago was great. The tech was friendly, easygoing,…read moreand willing to work with us. He cleaned just the parts of the couch we needed, offered the subscription plan that covered the cost, and we paid around $150. Because that visit went so well, I didn't think twice about letting my wife handle this appointment on her own, even though I normally stay home for these. This time was a completely different experience. They sent two technicians, and my wife said they came across as rude and pushy, which made her very uncomfortable. They wouldn't clean partial couches like the first tech did, and they never offered the subscription plan, which would have covered the job plus a free room or other service. Instead they charged $195 for the smallest couch I've ever seen and quoted $360 for the front couch, which we had done for about $150 last year. The pricing felt like a push for the most expensive option, and the way my wife was treated is not something I'm okay with. Based on this visit, I would switch companies without a second thought. I hope management takes a look at how this appointment was handled. Andrew

Getting ready for my first big steel project putting in about 180 feet of metal fence at one of our…read morerental properties, I stopped in a few places around town. The first made me feel I was imposing on them with my amateur questions and I very much got the "move along" vibe. A little bummed I moved on and stopped in at Santa Rita Steel - whole different ball of wax. They have a friendly and helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. They actually took me out to the yard and showed me different material options and even some sample fence sections in the back - helping me change my plan a bit and get the correct amount of material ordered up. The first fence project was a hit with both the neighbors and our tenants and I'm now on my 3rd fence - death to rotting wooden fences! I'll always use Santa Rita Steel for my material.

To my surprise, no one sold these GE plates in the whole state of AZ. In fact, I was told by several people including electricians that I would need to spend thousands of dollars to upgrade my box because it was from the early 80's. I am in no position to spend that kind of money. My inspector simply require I have a deadplate covering my breakers. So I got busy calling around to several metal and steel business to request a plate be made. Due to COVID 19 many places didn't have the bandwidth to get this done in a 24/48hr turnaround time or they didn't/won't due this type of work. I was desperate because my deadline was fast approaching. To my surprise, I was guided to contact Santa Rita Steel. I spoke with Poncho and well, the rest is history. Not only were they able to get my plate drafted and made within 48hours, they did with a superb price point. I will definitely recommend calling them to handle your needs, big or small. I have confidence that they can get it done! Thanks again to the SRS team! YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!
