Great company to rent from best pricing in town! Excellent customer service, great delivery and pick up.

I rented a Bobcat. I paid for 12 hours and used the Bobcat for about 8hrs. I requested a refund for the 4 hours I didn't use and was denied. Disappointing sense of fair play. TRS did provide timely delivery and pick up of the equipment at a fair price. The equipment ran beautifully and was perfect for the job at hand. I will use TRS in the future however I will be careful in reading the TRS rental contract fine print. read more

Arranged a weekend rental on a skid steer five days in advance. Got a call one day before pickup that the current renter was extending by one week. We had arranged trucks, trailers and workers for a large project between 2 cities that was cancelled with basically no notice. Unreliable and undependable. read more

BEWARE! This is my first and last time renting from these ripoffs. I rented a threading machine and accessories because they were the only ones in town that rent them. Upon trying to use the machine it would not perform and the switch actually broke. I took it back and explained to the guy what happened and he said "I'll work with you". I should have known better. I was not offered another machine and kept only the pipe vise till the next day. Upon returning he did credit me for the machine but still charged me for the die. I explained to him the die would do me no good without the machine and I had returned it promptly with the machine. He said that the machine not the die were broken and I was still liable for the die. How is that "working with me"? Their defective tool cost me precious time and time is why I rented the tool in the first place otherwise I would have done it by hand which is what I ended up doing. I know this place has been in business for a while but I can't imagine how with practices like that. Customer service is lacking and I would like to give the place a minus star but Yelp won't let me. I like to support local business but I will buy a tool or drive an hour across town to a corporate store before I rent one more thing from this company. read more

We use to rent from Home Depot. Recently we decided to call TRS and have them quote on a tool rental. They were $50.00 cheaper and had way better customer service. At TRS they actually show you how you use the machines you are renting. They explain everything to you before you leave. If you have a problem while you are renting, someone will walk you through it. I will not be returning to Home Depot for my tool rental needs. TRS has great employees who are always ready to help you. David the manager actually cares and does everything he can to help you. They are the most affordable tool rental company in Tucson, they have great customer service and updated equipment. Choose TRS and you won't be disappointed. read more

I was greatly satisfied with the equipment and service, but couldn't get over being charged $162 more than quoted for 2 day equipment rental. I've called twice, and been told someone will get back to me to explain, but yet - no response (been 3 business days now). Now, this price difference has effected my accounts. Customer Service is horrible! Placed on hold for several minutes. Rented a piece of equipment from them unit description over the phone was totally different then what was received when delivered, a much smaller unit then expected. When contacted them about this they never apologized but I was told that I should have gone down and showed them which Unit I wanted!! Staff was very unhelpful.
