I feel very lucky to have contracted with Sonny to clean out this property. I'm not sure how the…read moreproject would've gone without him. I am from out of state and I was purchasing this distressed property to make a home for my sister in law to live in. The home was occupied by a variety of non-owners who had been piling junk up. A day after I spoke with Sonny on the phone he visited the property to make a quote and spoke with the occupiers. I believe his firm and polite presence allowed us to transition them off property with no ugliness. When I arrived to close he was able to give me a firm quote. That shows a lot of professionalism, since it was a really huge job. It's a 7000 square-foot lot covered in all kinds of stuff including a boat. I let him know I was constrained for time so he got right on it the next day and got so much done including interior demo work that hadn't been part of the first quote that I had no problem paying a large deposit upfront. Unfortunately, there was an escrow problem. We had to stop work for a couple days. When the problem was resolved Sonny was right back on the job the next day. in just two days, it was finished. I was amazed. You can see from the photos that there was an incredible amount of work interior and out. (not to mention the tree that had fallen on the roof.) I was working on projects while they were doing the demo and clean out. I got a chance to hear Sonny handle his customers in a honest and professional manner. I also witnessed him, guiding his crew to his very high standards. His crew was great. I was comfortable and felt secure with them. I found Sonny on Google/yelp. even though he has a great rating with the BBB, his one bad review on yelp gave me pause. however, when I checked that reviewer's other reviews, I found that she had never had a good experience with anyone ever and that review should not and does not represent Sonny's work. I left Sonny with the keys and codes to the property in case my sister-in-law had an emergency because I have so much trust in him.

Sonny was very professional and scheduled my pickup, he checked in with me several times before the appointment. They were very efficient in getting things loaded. There are others in Tucson that would rip you off, but this company is reliable and trustworthy. Now days we don't get to say that much. My big mess was embarrassing, but Sonny and crew did not shame me, instead their attitude was very helpful. I cannot begin to say how much this meant to me!

We were super sad and in a huge panic to figure out how to get our stuff out of there, what to do with the storage unit, how to get our money back AND how to get our stuff here soon! I would NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK. This…read morecompany's recent work ethics are non-existent. The way they treated me & my 90 year old parents today, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, not to mention that when it came time to get started on the project, they were non-responsive & disrespectful, possibly because he got a larger job This is the information as to why i am leaving my review and includes in part, the text that I sent to the owner today, after he failed to show up for a scheduled appointment twice today and left me waiting outside in 106° weather while he couldn't even bother to respond to my text messages for 50 minutes snd when earlier i asked him via text message, to allow me a later appointment time, & he did not respond or agree. All he had to do was allow me some common decency & consideration & communicate with me. But no, not until after I called him out, and then he told me off and told me to move on. Again, I would never hire this company to do any work And he didn't make me wait once today, he made me wait TWICE WITH NO COMMUNICATION!! & AGAIN the 2nd time, he was a no-show. ------------------ Richard, What you did to me & my parents today was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You don't have a right to treat people the way you do. I gave you two opportunities to follow through with your word today after you blew us off this morning in responding about meeting at a later time. Then, you, made me wait in 106 degree weather, after I made time in my day when i have no time because i am caring for my very sick hospitalized dog and hadnt slept for 30 hours, and you didn't even have the common decency to respond to us until 50 minutes after the first appointment time. you are not a person of your word & It's a good thing we didn't hire you because based on this behavior, I believe you wouldn't show up or finish the job.
