I'm part of the teen generation that lived for A&F so I have spent quite a lot of time & money over a lot of my life in these stores. When I say this was like a blast from the past, I don't mean it in a nostalgic way. I was maybe one of 4 people there. The entire store was either empty (in terms of stock) OR it was a piled up mess of stuffed shelves and merchandise all over the floors. The staff couldn't have been less interested in being helpful. Also I had a customer service coupon for 20% off and the manager tried to only attach it to ONE ITEM not my entire purchase. And it took 20 min to get it applied properly. I had to do the math for her. I'm not sure if she didn't know how to use her own POS system or was simply hoping I wouldn't notice her shorting me but it shouldn't have taken that long to work out... Also the gum on the wall was a nice touch

I am always hyper aware that I am being watched fairly closely when I'm in the store but today I overheard one of the sales associates complaining about a black man that was asking for him to unlock the cage for him to buy a product and him saying it's a privilege for them to even be here and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by that comment, I was just meant with a lot of performative confusion, but needless to say, I heard what I heard and will not be back. It's really sad to know that you think so little of the people who are your main patrons and it's actually a privilege to have us as customers.

Palmetto Moon has been an emerging brand that offers a lot of great Southern Lifestyle brands in the form of clothing, souvenirs, cups, coolers, hats, stickers and much more! They also have a lot of college items, which is a massive sell here in the south! In short, this place is filled with merch from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Prices are decent, but do not scream outlet to me. They are a regular store in an outlet mall, not an outlet off-shoot of a brand, so be prepared for that. Overall, it is a cool store to get lost in for a bit...there is certainly enough to keep your attention! I honestly have this spot on my Christmas shopping list as I can cover several folks in my family in one trip here, so you will definitely see me back!

There are a few other stores located in downtown that have more unique stuff but since I work near Alpharetta going to downtown is but of a trip and not an easy drive... Then one day I found this place and its like "where have you been?" The first Palmetto Moon location I found was the location at Perimeter Mall i n Dunwoody, GA https://goo.gl/maps/iUjL3oF9s5v7LYam7 and I was impressed not only with their selections but their level of customer service. The store offers what they describe as "souther" lifestyle theme brands and gifts. Just think Vineyard Vines meets Duck Dynasty... lots of fishing themes and unique southern theme t-shirts that our company like to buy and send as souvenirs for our out of town guests. We always get compliments on stuff we get here... thanks PM, keep up the good work!

This is actually where I originally opened my Kohl's card some years back, and the staff made that process straightforward and easy to understand. The store is well-organized, selections are solid across clothing and home goods, and the frequent discounts and rewards make it easy to feel like you're getting good value. Employees have generally been helpful and approachable when needed. It's a dependable, well-run store that keeps me coming back, which says a lot after this many years.

My teenager tried to call the scheduling manager, but could not get through to a manager to advise them of their circumstances. At first, I figured it was due to less work available, but later I found out that there was still a labor shortage. With the Economy in the state that it is in now, there need to be better managers and leaders with good people skills, organizational skills who value their Employees! Horrible Management and Horrible Employee inclusion!! I called the Hiram store location several times over a month and could not get through to a manager and when I got a chance to speak with the scheduling manager it got worst! I asked what happened with the schedule and they said they needed to speak with my teenager, so I got my teenager on the phone and then they said my teenager needed to come to the store. So after we spoke with both managers, they said again my teenager needs to come into the store, then I said okay after a few minutes of frustrating conversations. So I asked, when will the manager be available, then they said they could not give the information out. What! I had agreed with them, then they said they could not give me that information. It sounds like they had no intentions to resolve this issue. So here we are. Why are we wondering why we have a labor shortage? It is clear that we need competent leaders and managers who know how to manage people and treat their Employees well! I have reached out to corporate because this was one of the worst experiences I have had to see my teenager go through. No parent wants to encourage their children to be independent and learn good work-life balances and work ethics when the people in leadership do not understand it.
