I went to Kara at Menlo park mall. This was my first time in the store. The selection was overall…read moreworth browsing and I picked up 2 pieces. However, had unpleasant experience at the cast counter. The sales person greeted me well, so I didnt feel anything amiss. However, once the sale was done, the sales person handed me my 2 piece of clothing, and said here you go. She did not pack the clothes or put them in the bag. I was shopping at other stores and picked up some nice things from White + Black(which was super nice experience BTW), so I ended up putting the clothes in that bag. I was tired and in a rush to get out, so I didnt say anything at that time. But I have never had such experience before. It was extremely unprofessional. What bothered me, is my 11 year old who was accompanying me at the time, asked me "Why did that lady behaved this way". I feel it was unprofessional.

It doesn't have the very high end stores that you'll find at Short Hills, but I usually b-line for the Nordstroms. Parking is plentiful and easy, stores are clean and organized, they have an AMC Dine-In movie theater. And I really have never seen it too packed! All in all a good mall and a good place for window shopping, actual shopping and all other shopping days.

This was the first store where the team made me feel comfortable. Ronil will go above and beyond to make sure whatever it is you are getting, is perfect. My outfit was shipped late out of India. Ronil drove the dress to Manhattan to accommodate my schedule! Ultimately, my husband and I purchased both of our wedding outfits here. Can't go wrong with this place.
