When my motor stopped working on 07Dec I called for service. The long & short of the story is that no one even reached out to me until 20Dec, service isn't scheduled until 10Jan, and this is for a bed I sleep on every night that isn't working. Three Day Blinds showed up on an extended warranty for a remote that wasn't working next day, the Geek Squad for a tv technology repair the same. I "thought" all Extended Warranties were created equal, I guess not. My point? Perhaps you should buy you adjustable bed somewhere where the Warranty promises are Kept, and DO NOT buy an Extended Warranty from Mattress Firm, it isn't worth the trouble.... Sorry

I originally researched online to determine the mattress that I settled on. I then went into the…read morelocal store to try it out. They didn't have it available but suggested I try another one that was similar (different brand). I was happy enough with that and had yet to decide 100% to buy. So I went home that day and did more research. I did decide to choose that mattress. Online, I had one price. I went back in store to actually buy though because I wanted the salesperson who helped me a couple days before to get any commission she might receive. Her price in store was $50 higher. She called the manager to see if they could match the online price. Couldn't contact the manager. I left my number and said I would wait to buy online until I heard back from her. Never did. So I purchased online. Or so I thought I did. They confirmed my order and charged me and then within minutes sent me an email that the Dreamcloud mattress line was no longer available through Mattress Warehouse. But it's STILL available for you to buy on their website and ship them your money for a week and a half to two weeks. They offered to substitute two cheaper mattesses "at no additional cost." (Both were less than half as expensive as the one I'd just "bought.") When I declined that generous offer, I was informed I'd get a refund in 10-12 days. I contacted their online customer service and that was a poor experience too. I hesitate to even call that customer service. A very poor experience with this company altogether. If their customer service had been at all apologetic or helpful, I wouldn't have felt inclined to leave this review which I hope helps others to perhaps avoid their poor business practices. Specifically, do not purchase anything from their Dreamcloud line. You'll just tie up your money for a couple of weeks and will still be no closer to having a new mattress.
