They will sell you a mattress, frame, etc. The product they sell (Sterns and Foster, etc.) will not back any warranty from that manufacturer. They will refer you back to Mattress Warehouse. Now even though you have a 10 year warranty on a mattress the most you will ever get is store credit even though the warranty approval form will say "replacement model or store credit". What they do is discontinue mattress models every few years so they can never give a "replacement model". They also don't know what "equivalent" means either. So the store credit gets you back in the store to spend more money. This cycle continues. Buy from anyone else except this company or Sterns and Foster.

I spoke with the lead sales person, whatever that is, because the manager wasn't available. She was just as rude. I sent an email to the company after they replied to my google review. No response. Sent another email, was told that they would have the store follow up. No response. I don't want to speak with the store any further. I wanted a resolution from Levin's corporation. They failed miserably and I will never use my new credit card that does nothing but infuriate me over the wasted credit.

They dropped off the items and removed my old mattress and box spring. As I remove the plastic from the box spring, I notice some damage. Granted, it is not structural damage; however, it is damaged nonetheless. I call the store. They want photos of the damage emailed to them. I did so while still on the phone with them. If they are to replace it, the earliest I can get a replacement is Tuesday. The employee said it is just cosmetic damage. Who cares!?!? If I buy a new car and it runs perfectly, but the front bumper is dented, does that mean I should be just as satisfied with my purchase? No! C'mon man! Received a call the day of pick up and was told it was not available. The sales person offered an upgrade and free home delivery for the following day. I had company coming and needed the mattress, so I was ok with this, although I had not tried or seen the new mattress. The delivery was made, but the mattress was damaged. We were told we would be contacted when a new mattress was available for delivery. That never happened. After visitors and vacations we touched base with the company, and they don't want to do ANYTHING to help us. At this point we just want a refund. This is not a company that we want to give our business to! Update: We emailed as asked and NOTHING has been done. No response. 7 months later-nothing. We paid 600 for a damaged mattress.
