I could have purchased a KingsDown mattress that 5 star hotels use for only $800 but I settled on the AirLoom brand which although a lesser known brand than Beauty Rest or Sealy is bought by past USA presidents and other famous heads of state throughout the world. The mattress is almost too pretty to cover lol but of course I have the SLEEP TITE PRIME* terry mattress protector which will protect the mattress without changing the feel and guaranteed for 15 years by this company when purchased on the same receipt as the mattress. A few gentlemen were outside whom welcomed us in. For this to be a large warehouse, they didn't really have alot of options available. The options were decent, but nothing I was looking for or comparable to the website. I think it could use some work on the outside and with the inventory and that might help get more customers in, as it was very empty. Kile and his wife Meagan were so great - knowledgeable about every product, materials, care suggestions, styling, etc. Their selection and showroom is very large. lots of styles and options to choose from. and even more so when choosing fabrics for cushions and pillows if part of your selection. there pricing is fair - not too expensive and assuredly worth every penny. they back up any purchase and will come out to fix anything if need be. they delivered the base furniture within just a couple days and even provided 'loaner cushions' and tables while they were making mine. most everything there is done on site at that location, not sent out to malaysia or china to be made and received 6-8 weeks later. this was a huge factor for us as we are on the island for the summer and desired to enjoy our new furniture as quickly as possible. Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. . And I forgot to mention, the shop has the most incredible hand crafted low country gifts, perfect for the upcoming holiday season for host gifts, I forgot to take pictures of items because I was so excited about MINE. A definite must see!
