I want to thank Cindy for her work with me on replacing my old mattress I got from Doug. She honored the warranty and helped me in getting a discount on a new mattress even though they don't carry that brand anymore. She was so polite and helpful, she even responded to emails within minutes on a Sunday morning! I purchased my new mattress from Jason at the UNCC location, he was so much help! He took time to explain the showroom layout and gave me time to look. He came back and was very helpful answering some of my questions and giving honest recommendations. I appreciate the no pressure environment, his knowledge of the product and his help after the sale. Besides having the best prices of any mattress store I've seen, they have good products and make you feel good about what you're buying. He set up my free delivery and I was done with paperwork in minutes. I would encourage anyone looking for a new mattress to visit Jason at UNCC location-- prices are the best I've seen and he made the buying experience so easy. Thanks again!

I have a mattress set in my bedroom that I paid almost $2,000 for, and I have to say my sons mattress set for under $200 is MUCH more comfortable than mine. I am definitely planning on going back and purchasing a set for myself. Not only did I receive this mattress set so inexpensively, but the entire process took less than 10 minutes. I was in and out and had my sons mattress set up in his room the same day! I would definitely recommend Charlotte Mattress to anyone who is looking for a great mattress at an outstanding price.

The owner always schedules the delivery with other deliveries in the area so the delivery fee for a 500 mile round trip from Charlotte and back is small. The customer service is only surpassed by the great mattresses and I have back and neck issues. A while back, I bought one mattress at a big box store, that was a mistake. It didn't last and the customer service was lousy once I bought it. Dilworth is a family business and they always take care of you. The owner even sent a custom mattress topper for my elderly mother who is terminally ill to put on her hospital bed at no charge when I asked him if he could make one. That is way to do business! I'm usually a lawyer complaining about lack of service and quality but not with this company and its mattresses!
